Jimin woke up from his deep slumber by his alarm ringing. He turned it off and stretched his body. He could hear his bones making cracking sounds. He was very tired since he worked a night shift yesterday. He didn't get his usual 8 hour sleep, instead it was 6 hours of sleep.
He stood up from his comfy bed and went to his bathroom and did his morning routine. After he finished his morning routine he went to this closet with a baby blue towel wrapped around his tiny petite figure.
He took out blue jeans and a white oversized long sleeve t-shirt, tucking the front of the t-shirt into the jeans, and styled his hair. Today he was going to his parent's house because they said they have something important to tell him.

Jimin lives alone in his apartment and works as a waiter at a cafe called Moon Café. He also has a boyfriend that he has been dating for 2 years now
They are very happy and they love each other. His name is Taemin. Taemin always tells Jimin that he will marry him one day, and then they will build their own Lee family. And that makes Jimin to be very happy and look forward to the future. Their future
Jimin's parents know about Jimin is dating Taemin. Their happy their son has someone he loves, but they don't like Taemin. They never did. And they are not planning to in the future. They think he is not the best for their beloved son. And Jimin and Taemin are aware of that.
Jimin and Taemin met in college when they were put as partners in a school dance competition. They started off as best friends, and as the time went by they started growing feelings for each other.
On their second school dance competition Taemin proposed to Jimin asking him to be his boyfriend. And of course he agreed.
They started dating and soon became the school's best couple as they had lasted longer than any couple on their school. After they graduated from college, Taemin bought an apartment for him and Jimin to move into together.
That day Taemin took Jimin on a date and asked him to move in with, but to his disappointment Jimin did not agree to live with him. He said it was too early for them to live together. And Taemin respected Jimin's decision.
Jimin went downstairs to the kitchen, took an apple and ate it. He didn't make himself breakfast because he knows when he goes to his parents house in the morning he will eat breakfast with them.
He went to the living room and took his keys and phone and exited his apartment, locking it. He went to the elevator and pressed the button that took him to the bottom floor that has the exit.
The elevator stopped with a ting and Jimin got out of it and went out of the apartment complex. Once outside he took out his phone and called a cab which came within 10 minutes.
He finally arrived at his parents mansion after a 30 minute drive. He got out of the cab and paid the driver his tip as he drove off. He went to the door of his parents mansion and pressed the doorbell. After a minute the door was opened revealing his mother, Park Sohee, smiling at him
His parents are pretty rich as they own the 2nd company in the best company top 5. With the Jeons on top. Even though Jimins parents are rich and can buy him anything, he still has a job as he likes to be independent and not depend on his parents too much. For future purposes.
At first his parents were not fond of their son working as a waiter. They wanted him to work in their company, but they soon realised that their son was not into business. So they did not force him and let him be.
They were also proud of their son being different and independent, unlike other rich kids who depend on their parent wealth to survive, or use their wealth and fame to degrade those who are not on their ' level'.
But Jimin never did that. He always treated people equally and they are all human. Money is not something that is in his dictionary. It's humanity, kindness, and care that are in his dictionary.
He isn't saying money is not a good thing as it is the one that makes him go to bed with a full stumuch, unlike those who don't have money. But all he knows is that money is not something that you use against others to make them feel useless or do bad things with it to others. Just like other people do.
"Hey minie" Sohee said while hugging him tightly "hey mom" he said while hugging back. They broke the hug and Sohee moved aside for Jimin to enter inside the house, which he did.
She closed the door and followed Jimin to the living room. When they reached the living room Jimin saw his dad, Park Jisung, sitting on one of the couches reading a newspaper, as usual.
"Hey dad" he said as he went to his father and hugged him. "Oh hey son. I didn't hear you coming in" Jisung said hugging back. They broke the hug and Jimin sat next to his dad.
"How can you hear me while you are so focused on your best friend" Jimin said in a teasing tone refering to the newspaper his dad was holding, which his dad chuckeld at.
"Come you two. Breakfast is ready!" Sohee called them from the dining room. Jimin and his dad stood up from the couch and went to the dining room and sat on their seats.
"Wow mom this food looks delicious, as always" Jimin said while looking at the food with a smile and hungry eyes. "Thanks Minie" his mom thanked. His mother's food is the best home cooked food you can eat. In his opinion tho.
They all started eating in silence, until Jimin broke it "So why did you guys call me here?" he asked as he took a spoonful of rice in his mouth , chewing it cutely. "Let's talk about it after breakfast ok?" Jisung said and Jimin nodded as he resumed his eating.
After they finished eating Jimin's mom took all of their plates to the kitchen and washed them. While Jimin and his dad talked about random stuff in the living room.
After Sohee finished the dishes she dried her hand with a dry cloth and went to the living room and sat next to her husband who was sitting on a couch opposite the one jimin was sitting in.
"Ok..so what did you guys wanna talk about?" Jimin asked "Promise to not freak out on what we are going to tell you?" his mom started off, which made Jimin nervous of what could it be that could make him freak out.
"Promise" he simply said, not knowing that what his mom is going to say will change his whole life.
Sohee took a deep breath and said "You are getting married ". Those were enough to make Jimins heart stop beating and his face to become pale, before standing up and shouting
"WHAT?!!"
