"Come on" I said and both the girls got up

nandini picked myra up walking to me

"Come here silly girl" I said grabbing her

"Nandini beta don't pick her up like that"

"Ma she isn't heavy at all, I know what you mean though, I will pay attention" she told ma who nodded

She kissed her head then myra's and my cheek, we said bye to her and walked to the car.

I opened the door for her and she got in and took myra in her lap even though I was gonna put myra in the back

Closing her door, I walked to the drivers side and got in.

"Myra darling don't do that" I said seeing her moving a lot in Nandini's lap

"Why" here comes the curiousness in her

"Because I said so"

"But why" she asked

"Gosh" I mumbled to myself making nandini giggle

"Sweetie can I tell you a secret" nandini asked

"Yes please" she said resting her head on nankin's chest

"So umm have you ever wanted a little baby brother or sister" she asked

"Baby" she asked

"Yes a little baby" she told her

"Yes yes yes please, baby brother and me" she said jumping

"Pumpkin stop bouncing please, mumma will get hurt" I told her and she immediately stopped

"Sorry mumma" she apologized

"No baby it's okay, im not hurt. Papa is just asking you to be careful is that okay" nandini asked so gently

"Yes myra understands" she said yawning

She closed her eyes and nandini caressed her back softly. It didn't even take her much time to fall a sleep and once she was I glanced at Nandini who was looking right at me

"Yes" I asked

"You have this sweet side to yourself, that you don't show much but it's very sweet"

"Im not sweet"

"Yes you are, umm can I ask yo something"

"Go ahead"

"Would you want a girl or a boy" she asked and an automatic smile made it's way to my lips

"A boy, but a girl would be amazing too, I don't think I have a preferred gender, all I want is a healthy baby"

"Will you come with me the doctors" she asked

I could tell she was hesitant to ask, she was very umm I don't know how to describe it but like she thinks a lot before she speaks which makes me wonder what she may have went through in life.

"Nandini I want to be there every step of the way, doctor appointments, ultrasounds, cravings, tears, throwing up, everything. Our marriage wasn't something done in an ideal setting but im not backing away or anything. I want this, sure I said I can't love but"

"Ah ah I know you can love, you are very capable of it but there is something in your eyes that tells me that you want to love but there is something stopping you. Now it is very early and soon for me to explore those things because you will get annoyed and I don't wanna push your boundaries so let me tell you something ill wait until we get to that stage in our life where you and I can talk and see eye to eye on our past"
