"Who was that boy with you in the cafe?" Akshara jumped in fear listening to this voice.

She turned around and found, Abhimanyu on the kitchen counter, with a glass of wine.

"Abh.. Abhimanyu? You scared me" She sighed.

"Akshara Birla, I don't like to repeat myself. Just answer the damn question" He shouted.

"One of my childhood friend"

"Is it?" She nodded.

"Do you've have any affair with him?" He asked all out of sudden. "You know what, I guess you do. But for your kind information Akshara, let me remind you that you are married and I don't want anyone to find out that The Birla's daughter in law is having an extra marital affair. So just stop with everything that's going on"

"Shut up. Just shut up. Who do you think you are? The man whom I met in the cafe is my best friend, a term which you don't know maybe. And let me tell you, I will not be the one bringing bad name to your family, it will be you, yourself because you are the one who is having an affair, cut it of, extra marital affair. If your following me na Abhimanyu, I better say please don't. I don't like anyone invading my privacy" Glaring at him she went back to their room.

"Wait! What? She.. She gave me a back answer? To Me? The Abhimanyu Birla. Ahh Abhi, be careful" He threw the glass in sink and went upstairs.

Akshara wad already lying down on the bed scrolling through her mobile. Abhimanyu faked a cough but she ignored him.

"She... She is ignoring me? And why is she sleeping on the bed? I thought after our fight she will take the couch." He muttered to himself.

He again faked a cough to gain her attention, which he actually did but....

"You are a doctor right? Just go have some meds and sleep and let others also sleep. Also, if your thinking that I'll be hurt with your so called talks and take the couch, then you are absolutely wrong. I'm not going to take the couch and hurt my back. If you want, you can take it." Saying this she covered herself with a duvet.

Abhimanyu looked at her behaviour with open mouth. He shook away his thoughts and went to sleep.

The next morning when Abhimanyu woke up, he did not find his wife beside him which was a bit shocking. Because as far as he know her now, he knows that she is a heavy sleeper. Earthquake, flood, fire or anything can not awake her.

He quickly got dressed up and went down stairs to find her arranging the table. As soon as she saw him, she looked away embarrassed thinking about her yesterday's outburst. Abhimanyu smirked at her condition and then took a chair opposite to hers.

Akshara looked at him in a shock. He never eats his breakfast or dinner at home, what's wrong with him today.

"You.. Tum.. Khana khaoge?" She asked being a bit confused.

"Toh yeh khana kiske liye banaya? Apne woh DOST ke liye?" He asked raising his eyebrows.

Akshara gave him a death glare and served him toast and fruits on his plate. And silently took her place. The breakfast went in a complete silence until Akshara decided to break it.

"Listen Abhimanyu, I'm sorry for last night. I just want you to know that I'll never do any kind of thing, which will affect you or our family reputation. I'm married to you, I'm you wife. I'll never think about someone else while being married to you." Abhimanyu nodded his head and left the house with uttering any word. Akshara sighed and cleaned up the table.

She cleaned up the house, then went to take a hot shower. By the time she got ready, it was already time for her to leave the house.

When she reached the departmental store, she greeted her colleagues and went to her desk. It was almost 5 in the evening, her leg started to ache but there were few customers standing in the queue. She sighed and started doing her work.

By the time she reached home, it was already 7.

"Hey kanha ji.. Abhimanyu ghar par na ho bass" She prayed and went inside, where she found a girl sitting on the couch.

When the girl saw her, she came forward to meet Akshara.

"Hello Akshara, I'm Lucy, Abhimanyu's girlfriend" She told forwarding her hand for the hand shake. She had a slight British accent.

Akshara shook her hand and gave her an uncomfortable smile. Lucy understood her feelings and made Akshara sat on the couch.

"Look Akshara, you don't have to be uncomfortable around me ok? Ya I know it's a bit weird, but now we all have to go through it." Akshara just nodded her head in response.

"Would you like to have something?" Akshara asked.

"Thank you, but now I'll be leaving with Abhi for dinner. But I must say Akshara, you are really very beautiful and sweet. At initial days, I felt very angry with you but then I realized it was not your fault. You were equally forced in this marriage. But dont worry, just a few months then you are free" Lucy told to which again Akshara nodded controlling the tears that could fall anytime.

"Come Lucy let's go" Abhimanyu came down the stairs wearing a black shirt along with white jeans but stopped on the track when he saw Lucy with Akshara.

He sighed. Taking few steps he went and stood beside Akshara. He could make out just by seeing her face that she was hell tired and heart broken. He knew she would cry any at moment and that's the only reason why she was not making any eye contact with anyone.

"Kaha se aa rahi ho Akshara?" He asked.

"De.. Departmental store." She whispered. Her voice cracked due to the lump formed in her throat.

"Abhi... Let's go na" Lucy told before Abhimanyu could speak anything.

Abhimanyu gave a suspicious look to Akshara then went away with Lucy.

As soon as, she heard the front door close, she fell on the floor crying. She didn't realise when she fell asleep on there, near the couch.

Another chappie ends here. Hope you guys liked it..

Also, are you guys still watching the show? What are your opinions about the recent track? I feel Aarohi is going over the sea. I mean how can someone be this manipulative? And Manjiri? I've really started hating that lady. I cannot tolerate her behavior, which she is showing towards Akshu. I wish Abhira leave that toxic family of theirs very soon.
