Chapter 13

Today was the day of my flight. I was able to take all of my tests I needed to so I could graduate from high school early. Today was also the day that I was going to meet my roommate Emily, my boss ended up telling me that she got to the apartment yesterday. Mindy also ended up telling me the address and everything I needed to know.

Since my flight today was on a Friday Brayden was at school and wouldn't be able to pick me up from the airport. He told me that he would come over to the apartment as soon as he got out of school.

*time skip to the airport*

"FLIGHT LEAVING IN 2 MINUTES" the lady said over the speaker

"Well this is it" I said to my mom as she pulled me into a tight hug

"Promise you'll call me as soon as you land"

"I promise" I said as I was still hugging my mom

"I love you my girlie"

"I love you mom and don't worry we will still see each other on holidays and talk everyday"

"I know we will im just gonna miss you"

I smiled and grabbed my suitcases. As I handed the girl my boarding pass I waved to my mom and walked down the long hallway.

*time skip to when she arrives in Canada*

As I was waiting at the baggage claim my phone buzzed in my pocket

Turn around gorgeous

I turned around and saw him standing there smiling like a idiot

I ran up to him and jumped in his arms. He twirled me around, kissed me as I was still in his arms and then put me down.

"Oh my god have I missed you" I said with a smile on my face trying to relive what just happened

"And now we don't have to say goodbye"

I smiled again and then walked back to the baggage claim to get my suitcase.

"You ready?" He said

"Yep"

We walked to the car and Brayden put my stuff in the trunk.

"So is mr president skipping school" I said with a smug look on my face

"I don't know what you're talking about"

"Oh don't play dumb with me bray"

"Ok ok fine maybe I am but how could I miss picking up my beautiful love from the airport?"

I just blushed and looked down

"Oh what's the address to your apartment?" He asked me

I gave him the address and we listened to one direction the whole way there.

"Do you need help bringing your stuff up?" Brayden asked me

"No I'm good, since Emily is already up there I'll just call you later and we can do something"

"Ok no problem"

I leaned over and kissed him before getting out of the car. I then grabbed my stuff from the trunk and headed into the building.

As I walked into the elevator I pressed on the 3rd floor. Our room number was 7. As I was in front of the 7th room I walked in slowly

"Hello?" I called out

"Hey" a girl who must of been Emily said as she walked around the corner "I'm Emily"

"Madison" I said and put my stuff down by the door.

"Your room is the first door on the right down the hallway"

"Ok I said" as I started to bring my stuff in the room

"Do you need any help with anything?" Emily asked

"Nah I'm good, thank you tho!"

"No problem, just let me know"

Since I didn't have any furniture in my room I just put my suitcase on the side of the wall. I'll ask Brayden to go bedroom furniture shopping with me later at ikea.

Before I text him I decided to go in the shower so I can get all the gross plane/airport off of me.

*time skip to when she gets out of the shower*

I decided to just leave my hair normal and to throw on sweatpants, a tee shirt and my glasses.

I then took my phone off the charger and texted Brayden

M: hey! I was wondering if you would want to go bedroom furniture shopping with me later at ikea?

B: yep sounds good. When do you want me to pick you up?

M: in about a half hour

B: ok see you then xoxo

M: xoxo

I walked out of my room and into the kitchen where I saw Emily unpacking a bunch of food.

"I just went food shopping before you go here" she said

"Awesome" I said "do you want me to give you half the money?"

"Oh no no don't worry it wasn't much"

"Ok. Anyways in going to go bedroom furniture shopping with my boyfriend Brayden at ikea and I wanted to know if you needed anything specific for me to pick up?"

"No nothing special. Thank you though"

"No problem"

"Hey I was thinking maybe we can start to look for a couch and everything tomorrow?"

"Yeah that sounds good"

"Ok, great"

I then helped her unpack a bunch of food before I left to go shopping.

"Ok anyways I'm gonna head out" I told her

"Ok see you later"

I then walked out the door and made my way to Brayden's car.

Sorry for the longish boring chapter it was kinda a filler since I just needed her to move into her apartment. But anyways I hope you all had an amazing day and thank you for all the support it means a lot :)
