What you call him

Naruto:

You normally call Naruto "Naruto" or "Naru" as a nickname, but sometimes you call him "Sasuke" as to make him jealous or just plain "babe".

Sasuke: 

Sasuke doesn't like being called "baby" cause he's not a baby, but he lets it slide for you. Though you don't really call him that anyway. You like to call him "Love" or "Babe".

Kiba:

Let's put it simple. You just call him "Puppy".

Neji:

You mostly call him by his name, but every once in a while you call him "Baby".

Gaara:

You call him Gaara, but also "Sand man". :D

Itachi:

As a nickname, you call him "Uchi" but most of the time it is "Babe" or "Itachi".
