The next class you had was History of Villainy wich took place in a tiny cramped classroom, with high bookshelves on all sides of the walls and a tiny window casting light on the wooden desks.
"Where's Sader?" You asked, unsure if this time class would be canceled again.
"Professor Sader," said a voice.
You looked up and saw a silver-haired teacher give you a smile as he ascended the stage in his shamrock-green suit..
"As you know, I teach fourth session both here and in Evil and unfortunately cannot be in two places at once. Thus I'll be alternating weeks between schools," he said, clasping the lectern. "On weeks where I'm not here, you'll have former students come to recount their adventures in the Endless Woods. They'll be responsible for your weekly challenges, so please afford them the same respect you'd give me. Finally, given I am responsible for a vast amount of students and a vast amount of history, I do not hold office hours nor will I answer your questions inside or outside of class."
You scoffed. How could you get answers if he didn't allow questions?
"If you do have questions," said Sader, hazel eyes unblinking, "you'll surely find the answers in your text, A Student's History of Villainy, or in my other authored books, available in the library. Now to roll call. Cecile?"
"Yes."
"One more time, Cecile."
"Right here," Cecile snapped.
"Thank you, Cecile. Ivan!"
"Present!"
"Again, Ivan."
"I'm here, Professor Sader!"
"Excellent. Sam!"
"Yes."
"Again?"
You groaned. At this rate, you'd be here until next week.
"Wart!"
"Here."
"Louder, Wart."
"For fucks sake, is he deaf?" You grouched.
"No, silly," said Sam. "He's blind."
You snorted. "Don't be ridi—"
The glassy eyes. The matching names to voices. The way he gripped the lectern.
Makes sense.
Lunch was next, as usual Evers sat with Evers and Nevers with Nevers. But today you didn't care about who you sat with, now would be the first step of your plan.
Find a way into the Good school.
After all, the Clearing was right in between both school so the closest thing you'd get to the school for Good
You started looking around the tunnel of trees where the Evers came in, but that was guarded by fairies and ended up being a dead end.
There were two more options.
Either swim through the water dividing both schools.
Or take a trip through the blue forest.
Neither seemed very appealing, so you decided to look at your surroundings a bit more. You'd hoped to see birds fly over both school terrains but even they seemed to be separating as ravens flew on the Evil side and doves on the Good side. Even the butterflies did not fly over to the flowers on the Evil side. Then an idea struck you.
You remembered your housecat, an old gray tabby cat who wasn't even really yours. It did what it wanted and came whenever it pleased. You wondered if transfiguring yourself into a cat could work.
