y/n and mason, mason and y/n however you want to say it. people thought they were soulmates, well some did. some were jealous of their relationship, trying to start rumors to break them up, however they never believed the things people said. they kept their relationship a secret for a couple of months, mason didn't want her getting any hate knowing how some of his fans were.

when they decided to reveal their relationship can you guys what happened? hate. a lot of it. when people found out that mason was dating a fan it was like world war three was about to start. mason told y/n to ignore the hate knowing that people were just jealous and she did. she tried her best. sometimes she would look at her dms seeing the messages people would send, some saying they were going to kill her if they found out she was using him. of course she wasn't, she's not a gold digger. others saying she should kill herself. what kind of a person would say that?

of course like any other person y/n had her insecurities. seeing the people that mason followed, the pretty girls that were around her age, they were fit, and had perfect skin did i not mention pretty? y/n always wondered why he chose her out of everyone. some days she would look at herself in the mirror and ask "why me?" there were always people trying to bring her down in the comment section when she would post on instagram. mason would always tell her she was beautiful. that always made her blush. he always knew how to make her feel special even if she didn't tell him about her insecurities he knew. every time he would made plans with her he would make sure she was having fun knowing that he was getting more busy, getting a lot more roles. y/n was happy for him knowing that he's doing what he loves, mason was grateful for having a supportive girlfriend.

they were together for a little over two years. mason was getting more busy that he didn't have time to be with his girlfriend. they called it quits when they got the chance to have a conversation, they broke up over text. one of the worst ways to break up. y/n didn't come out of her room. mason? he did only because he had to work.

it took awhile for y/n to get over her relationship a little over one year. did she still love him? yes. did he? no. y/n knew he was going to start dating someone new but she didn't think it was gonna be soon. she was scrolling on tiktok when she came across a fan account of mason the video they posted was of him with a girl they were holding hands and he looked happy. why would her 'for you page' show her something like that? i guess they wanted her to know.

she watched the video more than once, tears rolling down her cheeks. she turned off her phone not wanting to be on it knowing people were going to tell her about it. her phone dinged it was madeleine. when mason first introduced her they instantly became best friends. y/n treated her like a little sister. she cared a lot about her, when a boy broke her heart she was quick to comfort her she brought ice cream and maddy's favorite snacks they binged watched a bunch of disney movies. when mason and y/n broke up maddy still talked to her. she wasn't going to stop being y/n's friend just because her and mason weren't together.

y/n looked at her phone to see what maddy said. 'are you okay?' i guess she knew y/n came across the video, it did have 100k likes. she replied saying she was fine. maddy knew she was lying. people tagged her in the video saying he got someone better. they still sent her hate after her relationship with mason, people came up with rumors saying she cheated. she didn't. y/n thought mason was going to shut the rumors down when they broke up. he didn't. brooke did, mason's sister, her and y/n were inseparable. she was always there to defend y/n when she would get hate for every little thing. she one time got hate for "pushing" a fan when she wasn't even near them.

a couple months after she saw the video of mason with his new girlfriend brooke invited her to one of her ballet performances y/n of course yes. she loved watching brooke do what she loved. she thought about mason being there, she tried not to but she did. she thought he was going to bring his girlfriend.

two weeks after brooke told y/n about her ballet performance she saw her backstage. brooke told y/n she wanted to see her before her performance, she said because she was her lucky duck. y/n saw brooke's parents they gave her smile and they said hello. mason was there too. his girlfriend wasn't there, y/n was happy about that she didn't want to see her. y/n didn't make eye contact with him. she felt him looking at her. brooke gave her a hug she was happy y/n came.

after brooke's performance she was invited
to lunch but y/n declined. when she got home she thought about mason. again. she really wished their love lasted but it didn't.
