I sighed and clicked play once more.
"Mikey, I know this must've been really hard for you to take in. But, I thought I should just end it quickly before I died painfully. I want you to know that I will always love you, never forget me. I'll see you one day Michael Gordon Clifford, I promise you." He smiled and the video switched to a slideshow. Pictures of me and Calum when we had our first date, our first anniversary, our first kiss, our first I love you's, just us being idiots. The video came back on, "Michael, I have one question left for you. But I need you to open the box the flashdrive came in and lift the cushion out of the box." Calum smiled and I did what he asked, a pink engagement ring sat inside. "Michael Gordon Clifford, will you marry me even though I'm not here?" He asked and my hands shook as I slid the ring on my finger, no ding as I did so. "Yes, Calum Thomas Hood." I cried and Marry Me by Jason Derulo played in the background of the laptop slideshow.
