Started by King Tilldrum's own grandson, Evan Pettywisker Tilldrum. Evan left Ding Dong Dell to create another new city, working along with his Sky Pirate friend Tani and his friend from another universe called Roland. Evan is the most fairest and just ruler in the world, so it makes sense the city itself is extremely overcrowded. The city is split into 4 districts: Kingsbury, Porthaven, market Chipping and the Waste. Kingsbury being where Evan's castle is. Porthaven being Evermore's reliable port; market Chipping being an enormous market square with shops from all over the world. Lastly the waste, a barren land located outside the kingdom itself on it's west; Howl's castle is often found wandering those lands.
Evermore is known for wizardry and to teach the best magic. It's no surprise considering Evan has the best and biggest Kingsmaker (a familiar that could destroy galaxies and only are for rulers) and the known Wizard's there are Howl and the witch of the waste. Not to mention a prestigious wizardry school Howl attended that is under guidance of King Evan and Madam Soliman.
"Hey Zero, there's this weird guy called Roland. He always tells me he's from this uh, watchyacallit-? Oh right, America. Well these America people must be handy with a gun, considering Roland is the best gun user I've ever seen, and I've well, seen tons!"
