Ch-3

"It was...Muichiro!" I thought to myself, He was actually very good at fighting but he wasn't fighting, He was defending himself from their attacks. I turned back to my bleeding ear trying to stop it, I knew my hearing aid was broken because it must have broke when they pulled it.

A teacher came and took them to the principal's office and another staff member took me to the medical room, My mom was called to pick me up. Muichiro and Nezuko were sitting there with me the whole time until my mom came there.

I couldn't hear anything at all, it was all too low, even lower now. I was worrying about how I'm gonna afford to buy another hearing aid and what I'm gonna do until I can buy another one. I knew mom doesn't have enough money to buy one even if she wanted too, It was all my fault. I'm the problem with everything.

Mom was trying to comfort me with her words, I could lip read so it wasn't so bad but sometimes I did mess up so my hearing aids were surely some help. Now I had to bear for a few months without my hearing aids, I had gotten so used to them that living without it was already seeming like a nightmare.

I wanted to go home, but my mom had to stay till the Principal made the decision so I asked her if I could go alone and she said in sign language that Nezuko will go with me, I had no problem with that, I just wanted to go home.

"Sir, If you will allow, Can both my children go home a bit early? Tanjiro doesn't feel really well and I can't let him go alone. If you will allow it, Can Nezuko go home a bit early too?" I asked Principal and he said "Yes ofcourse, we are sorry for what happened with Tanjiro today, We are really sorry"

I turned to Nezuko and told her to take Tanjiro home and they left.

When we got home, I went straight to my room and tried sleeping to avoid the pain in my ears and the worrying.

I fell asleep soon enough, Nezuko did sometimes come to check but I didn't bother getting up, I just wanted to sleep.

I was sitting in the Principal's office with those guys who beat up Tanjiro. The Principal had called their parents and they were deciding the punishment. I tried my best to explain what I saw, But they weren't understanding anything so I just wrote it on paper and gave it to the Principal.

I had finished my lunch awhile later Tanjiro so I went to the washroom to wash my hands, But instead I saw they were beating him up.. I knew alot about self defence because my grandfather worked as a detective- Yea he was pretty smart- So he taught me some self defence steps too-

I guess they finally came to use today-

I also said how they broke his hearing aid, The principal got furious at them and gave them garden work as punishment for 2 months. Their parents were said to pay for his hearing aids. And they did! Their parents apologized to his mom and gave her money, she refused at first but then the principal told her it was ok to take it since their parents were responsible for it.

I was about to go back to class but the Principal said I could go home as well if I wanted to, I wanted to go home anyways so I agreed, He called Grandfather and let him know I was going home early. It was my first day and already this much happened, damn

I was walking out of the school building when Tanjiro's mother thanked me, I smiled and nodded, She then asked if I wanted to go with her, pick up Tanjiro and go buy his hearing aids, She wanted to surprise him with them. I agreed and we went to her car.

I had just woken up from my sleep, I felt someone shaking me, as I turned around to see who it was, It was my mom. She pointed out in sign language that she wanted to take me somewhere, I disagreed at first but then she also said Muichiro was waiting for me, She said she couldn't tell him to leave so I had no choice but to go with them. I sighed and got out of bed, Fixing my hair and following mom downstairs, there was Muichiro sitting on the couch, after seeing us he got up and we went outside, to her car, I sat in the back seat and Nezuko sat on the front seat. Muichiro sat next to me on the back seat and mom started the car.

I kept looking out the window till I noticed we were on the same route where the ear hospital of this city was. I turned to my mom and asked her why she was taking us there. She just smiled and continued driving.

We stopped in front of the hospital and my mom took me inside, Muichiro and Nezuko followed and sat next to me on the chairs the hospital had. Mom was talking with the receptionist and then they took me to the doctor. I just sat there clueless until the doctor bought hearing aids?!?

BUT WHY?

He slowly placed it in my ear and I could hear like I used to now. I looked at them and they all smiled at me.

"Mom but how did you buy these?? Who gave you the money??" I asked her clearly to be confused, She smiled and explained everything to me.

I looked at Muichiro who was pointing out how beautiful they looked.

I walked over to him and gave him a hug, he was confused as to why I did what I did. I pulled over and said..

"Thank you Muichiro"
