When we arrived at the cafe where we were supposed to meet Jang Hanseo, Vincenzo immediately led me to a corner table where a man wearing a suit was seated. The man looked younger than me by a few years and he had a soft, innocent look to his face.
Just as I expected, when he saw Vincenzo, he stood up with a big smile and said, "Vin hyung! Come sit down, please." Vincenzo and I sat down and Vincenzo said, "Hanseo, I'd like you to meet Lee Jiyoung. She's my partner and she's also Chayoung's cousin."
Hanseo held his hand out and said, "Nice to meet you, noona. I'm Jang Hanseo." I chuckled when I heard Hanseo call me 'noona' and this earned me a big, adorable smile from him. I shook his hand with a grin and said, "Nice to meet you too, Hanseo. Vincenzo's told me a lot about you." Hanseo said, delighted, "Really? Really, Vin hyung?". Vincenzo nodded, trying to look serious.
After we ordered coffee, we talked about the court hearing that was coming up next week. Hanseo warned, "You have to be careful at the hearing. Mr. Jang has something up his sleeve. And knowing him, it's something nasty." I said confidently, "Whatever it is, we'll be able to handle it. After all, we have an ace up our sleeve as well."
Vincenzo said, "Have you been able to track down where the Guillotine File is in the building? Did you use a GPR?". Hanseo said, "Hyung, it's placed right under the middle of the building so it does look like you'll have to demolish the whole building after all." Vincenzo said thoughtfully, "But thanks to Lee Jiyoung here, we were able to secure a crucial witness and keep him away from Jang Hanseok."
Hanseo said, "I know, Mr. Jang was in a rage about it today. He didn't know how you were alive either, noona, considering that he sent an assassin after you." I said sarcastically, "Yeah, I can't wait to meet him. I've to thank him for that, don't I?". Hanseo laughed and said, "I can't wait to see what kind of gift it is, noona. I'm sure it's going to be spectacular."
We passed the rest of the time by talking about what Jang Hanseok had prepared. That evening, Vincenzo and I worked overtime on collecting solid evidence for the case.
As we were drinking coffee, he said, "We might have a problem coming with the RDU-90 stocks stored in one of the Babel warehouses. We'll have to get rid of that before the hearing." I said, "We'll also have to do a background check on every person that's helping Jang Hanseok stay out of trouble." Vincenzo said, "It won't be a problem. Pescare un pesce grande con un'esca piccola(Catch a big fish with a small fish)."
