A few years before Reassembled Day at a random warehouse, a young man picks the lock to the front door.
Sero: Alright just gotta do this last job then I'll be scott-free.
A click is heard as the door pops open.
Sero: Easy as always.
Sero goes through the warehouse taking whatever he thought was valuable.
Sero: Times almost out I should get out of here before the cops get here.
Before he could exit the building he hears sirens and saw flashing red and blue lights.
Sero: Well shit.
One week before Re-assembled day at Blackgate Prison Sero walks out of his home for the last year as a guard gives him all his belongings.
Guard: Well Hanta you're free to go. How does it feel?
Sero: Great.
Guard: Now I better not see you in here.
Sero: Trust me next time I won't get caught.
Sero begins to walk to the nearby bus station when a car pulls up next to him. The window rolls down and the back door opens.
???: Get in Sero.
Sero: Okay what's the worst that can happen?
God, you're too trusting but it works out.
Inside the car, Sero sits down on the leather seats.
Sero: Nice car. Just my type.
???: I would hope so it is yours after all.
The driver's seat turns around to face Sero.
Sero: You'd better be a really good driver because I really don't want to get into a car crash.
???: Don't worry the car drives itself.
Sero: That's cool. So you were talking about this car being mine.
???: Don't worry you will find out soon.
Sero: So who are you?
J.A.R.V.I.S: I am J.A.R.V.I.S an artificial intelligence created by Mister Stark.
Sero: Stark. Never heard of him.
J.A.R.V.I.S: Well I guess this would be easier if you remembered.
The floor of the car opens and a table rises with an injector on it.
Sero: What's in the Injector?
J.A.R.V.I.S: A memory serum.
Sero: As in a serum-.
J.A.R.V.I.S: That will restore you're memory yes.
Sero: So you're saying theirs something I've forgotten.
J.A.R.V.I.S: Yes something very important.
Sero: And how do I know you're telling the truth?
J.A.R.V.I.S: What motive would I have to lie?
Sero: You have a fair point, Jarvis.
Sero picks up the injector and injects himself with the serum.
Memories fly through his head. Sero drops the injector.
Sero: Hey Jarvis long time no see.
J.A.R.V.I.S: Yes it has been quite a while.
Sero: Well then time to get to work who's first?
J.A.R.V.I.S: One of our heavy hitters. The hulk.
In another part of the city, a young boy with a bird head runs from two boys
Background character: Get the freak!
Background character #2: Yeah get him!
Tokoyami: (Thoughts: I gotta lose them.)
Tokoyami takes a turn and finds himself in a dead-end
Background character: Alright he's cornered.
Before the bullies can get him a raven flies down and pecks the bully in the eye.

A few buildings away Dark Shadow lands on Tokoyami's shoulder.
Tokoyami: Thanks for the help Shadow.
Shadow: Caw caw.
Tokoyami: Yeah We should go home.
After a while, Tokoyami opens the door and is greeted with his mother waiting for him.
Tokoyami: Hey Mom there's a box outside do you want me to bring it in?
Ms.Tokoyami: Tokoyami please sit down.
Tokoyami: Okay.
Ms.Tokoyami: Well m-me and y-your father th-think its time for you to move out.
Tokoyami: What but I'm only 12.
Mr.Tokoyami: Well son it's time for you to become a man. We already packed your stuff for you so be grateful that we did all that.
Tokoyami: But dad this isn't fair I'm-.
Mr.Tokoyami: No buts go now. You're lucky you're still in the will.
Tokoyami: You know what fuck your will. Disown me for all I care. It's obvious you never even wanted me.
Tokoyami runs out of the house slamming the door behind him. In front of him, a black car honks its horn. Tokoyami walks up to the car and the window rolls down revealing Sero.
Sero: Get in.
Tokoyami: Why should I?
Hanta: Trust me you'll thank me for this. Plus to me, it looks like you have nowhere else to go.
Tokoyami didn't know why but he felt like he could trust the stranger.
