Chapter 7

Anyways I really love all the support that I've gotten from all of you guys, y'all are the bunch 1300 people that I've ever wrote for. It's also my first story too, so that makes it twice as cool. Anyways hope you enjoy!

"So this is the CCT then." Denji asked Weiss, "Yes, this is where most of the communitcation of today come from." Weiss answered. "So what's the shit that we need to get?" Denji asked Weiss again, "The files that we need are about recent robberies of dust from the Schnee Dust Company, or SDC for short." They enter the elevator, in which ended up with a awakard silence. Until a voice asked, "Which floor would you like to go to?" The voice in the elevator asked, "To the communitcation room." Weiss answered, "Ok, could you please let me scan your scroll to check your identity." The voice asked. Then Weiss pulled out her Scroll and let the machine scan, "Well, aren't you gonna do the same?" Weiss asked to Denji, "No, you already did the job why do it again." And so they sat in silence until Denji said something.

"Soo, how's the family?" Denji asked out of curiousity. "They're well, I guess, why'd you ask?" Weiss questioned, "Just some small talk, but that makes wonder, you never really opened up about your past, or family for that matter, other than them being super rich." Denji said, "Well, I don't really know what to talk when it comes to them, I mean sure we're rich, but other than that, I don't know." Weiss answered. "Well, I can't say much about my parents either. My mom wasn't there for me while my dad was..." Denji stopped not mentioning another thing about his father, "While your dad was, what?" Weiss asked, "If I say you won't run off on me, right?" Denji said concerned with what would happen, "No?" Weiss answered, "While my dad was killed...by me." Denji said with a sadder tone. Denji never actually cared about his father at all. He's the reason why he's here in another world becoming a hero of sorts, no what he cared about was that he couldn't be a normal person because a normal person wouldn't kill their parent and live a normal life.

"M-May I ask why you had to kill him?" Weiss was concered for her friend. "It was mostly self-defense. He was trying to kill me or something, that fucker, and he gave me this debt that I had to pay. I had to sell my eye, one of my kidneys, and one of my balls. That didn't make a dent to the debt either." Denji said in a angered tone, "Wow, that's quite, um, sad. Sorry to hear that." Weiss said, "It's fine, I luckly got them back with the chainsaw form." Denji said. Another awakard silence fell upon them, "Well, my father is one of the worst out there, he's the worst of the worst. He only entered a marriage with my mother because he just wanted to control the power of the Schnee Dust Company. He was so power hungry that he couldn't, or should I say, wouldn't make time for his own family!" Weiss was venting by using Denji as her metaphorical therapist. "If your going to be a father than at least make time for your children at the very least! My mother became a alcoholic when she figured out why he married her, and she doesn't try to even do something about it! They are both the bad, I mean I love my mother, but how can you love someone that doesn't even try!" Weiss was crying at this point, yelling about the problems with her parents.

"So, do you need a hug or something?" Denji was trying to keep the water works from flowing too much. "Sure, I could use a hug." The melting ice queen said. They hugged each other while Weiss was crying on Denji's chest, "You know, I always wished that someone else could take the burden of the debt, but I knew I couldn't do that. I couldn't eat, drink, nor could I sleep when I was younger. Honestly, I had my moments where I wanted to kill myself if it wasn't for someone." Denji said looking at Weiss who looked back with teary eyes, "A-And w-who was that?" Weiss said still crying, "It was my friend Pochita, he's a really cool dog." Denji said with a smile, "Y-Your friend was a dog?" Weiss asked. "Yup, I talked about everything with him, told him my dreams, and the problems that I had to deal with." Denji replied, "S-So where is he?" Weiss asked calming down, then Denji points at his chest, "He's here, as my heart." Denji said. "Y-You mean in your heart, cause he's dead." Weiss corrected him, "No, he is literally acting as my heart. He's the only reason why I'm here today." Denji said, "What are you even trying to say?" Weiss asked, who finally stopped crying only having red eyes and tear stains on her cheeks, "What I'm trying to say is, you should talk to someone about it cause not a lot of good is done trying to bottle it in. Trust me I know from some shitty experience."

They then heard a ding signifying that the elevator has finally reached the floor. "We should go now." Denji said putting a end to the hug finally walking into the communications room. They walk up to this woman that was a talking holograph, "How can I help you?" She asked to the two. "Make a call to the Schnee Dust Company please." Weiss said in a quiet tone, "Of course, just go to terminal 3 and we'll patch you in." The holograph said with a smile. The two went to terminal 3 to be greeted with a woman in the terminal. "How may I- Oh! Miss Schnee how are you." The lady asked, "I'm doing fine." Weiss replied, "You sure, your eyes do look red, and may I ask who is the person next to you." The lady asked Weiss, "Yes, I'm fine, and this is my friend Denji." Weiss answered. "Just a"friend" Miss Schnee?" The lady said with a small smirk causing the Ice Queen to melt some more with a blush. "Yes, just a friend! Look what I wanted to ask is if you can give me these files." Weiss asked flustered, "Ok, just send me the files that you wish to request." The woman said.

"Uhm, these are pretty sensitive files that your asking for Miss Schnee." The woman said, "Then I'll be extra careful." Weiss said, "Well, alright then, also do you want me to patch your father in as well, I think your sister Winter is here too." The woman asked Weiss, "No, no, I don't wanna bother them." Weiss said quickly. "Alright then, it was a pleasure talking to you Miss Schnee." The woman said before the terminal turned off. "Are you're siblings also as shitty as your parents?" Denji asked Weiss, "Well, no but my brother seems to enjoy father's company more than the rest of us. As for my sister she's quite nice, though she isn't afraid to say when she's annoyed at me, but she does care compare to the rest of the family." Weiss said, "I always wanted to know how it feels to have a sibling since I don't have any, but if I have to say, Power would be my annoying little sister even if she's older than me." Denji said to Weiss. "Sometimes I wonder what it would feel like to be a only child." Weiss said to Denji, "It's boring and I wouldn't recommend it." Denji said quickly hating the thought of being so lonely. "Well, thank you for that perspective." Weiss said.

"And thank you for letting me vent out on you with all my problems." Weiss said with a smile, "Any time Snow Angel." Denji said smiling which made the pale girl blush, and causing her heart to beat faster. "T-Thanks." Weiss said again.

Finally finished this chapter, and honestly kinda liked how I did this part.

Also probably the most emotional chapter so far too.
