Chris, nick and I were friends but matt and I hate each other and I don't even know what for and it makes it worse that I have a little crush on him, only a little one though.

I walk into first period and see Matt 'ugh' I think
"Hello y/n" he says in his annoying tone
"What do you want Matt"
"Nothing"
"Ok then shut up" I turn to my boyfriend jake who was walking into class
"Hi jake"
"Hi y/n" he slumped into his chair
"You ok"
"Yea I'm just tired"

End of class
"Ok class for the homework assessment you will be assigned partners and work on it together so the partners will be" I was waiting till I heard my name to hopefully be paired up with one of my friends when I heard sir say "y/n and Matt"
"Ohh you got be kidding me sir I can't work with him he's so annoying"
"Too bad those are the partners and no one can change"
"Looks like your stuck with me y/n"
"Ugh I literally hate you"

I knock on the triplets door to see Nick open the door
"Hey Nicky"
"Hey y/n come on in Matt's in his room"
"Thank you"
I say hi to Chris in the kitchen before going to Matt's room

"Ok let's start with this assessment so this torture can be over"
"Don't worry this is torture for me even more y/n"

Halfway done

"Hey y/n jake is here to see you" Chris knocks and door and peeps his head in
"Uhh ok thanks I'll be right back matt"
"I don't care"

"Hey babe how did you even know I was here"
"I have your location but I need to talk to you"
I furrow my eyebrows at what he said
"You have my location?-"
"I want  to breakup" he cut me off
"What?"
"I don't want to be with you any more ok"
"Wh- uh- wh" I was so shocked I thought we were happy
"Anyways I gotta go"
I watch him leave as I slide down the kitchen wall and cry

"Y/n hurry up I want to finish the assessment, hey what wrong what happen" he rushed down to where I was and started rubbing my back
"He broke up with me" I say in between sobs
"Ohh I'm so sorry y/n"
Matt moved me so I was laying in his arms on the floor while I cried, he just kept rubbing my back and brushing my hair out of my face.

"Thank you Matt" I said as I got up
"No problem y/n...., can I tell you something y/n"
"Of course"
"I don't hate you, I actually like you, I really like you"
"I'm so confused why do you always act like you do hate me"
"Well I thought that if I would hate you it would make my feelings go away because you were with jake but they didn't go away"
"Matt I've always had a little crush on you too if I'm not gonna lie"
His face lit up with happiness
"Really"
"Yes and I would want to get together but I need a little time to process my breakup"
"I'll wait however long you need y/n"
"Thank you Matt"
"Your welcome y/n" he said before picking me up and taking me to his room and placing me on his bed and then soon climbing in after
"What are you doing Chris and nick will wonder why we were in the same bed"
"It's fine we'll tell them we fell asleep from  being so tired"
"Your so smart sometimes you know that"
I give Matt a little kiss on the lips before turning over and going to sleep
