Allison's POV

I turn to them, "you sure your ready?" They both nod so I shift and wait for them. Turning to them i let Ruth take some control so she can enjoy this as well. <ready>
I roll my shoulders when I hear Jackson say that lowering my head and dropping my tail <go> I spring forwards using my back legs to propel me into the woods I leave them slightly because of my slton start. The feel of leaves and the mud under my paws make me feel at home. Shaking my head I focus on running as fast as posible wanting to make it to the lake before them. I leap over fallen trees and duck under low hanging branches I can smell Jackson behind me but not close enough for me to worry. I see the lake and push myself to go faster slowing down only whe I reach it.

I stop and sit on the flow lifting a paw yo clean it. I see Jackson enter as we and he heads straight for the water lapping it up in large mouthfuls. About a minute later Liam is seen and I'm disappointed that it took him that long <liam i new you wernt working out like i asked you to but I didnt relise how far youd falled> he looks winded and his breaths are comeing out in short sharp puffs <I never relised how far I'd fallen either to be honest Al>

Shifting back i motion for the others to do so as well. They follow my lead and I look at the before taking my favourite stance. My backs straight fave blank and my arms at my sides I look relaxed but also this position I can strike fast. Sending the a bored look "who's going first?"

Liam tentatively steps forward and I motion for him to make the first move. He circles the area and I say still relying on my senses to know when hes going to strike. I side step when I hear the grass move under his heavy feet causing him to stumble slightly. I grab his arm and flip him so he lands on his back. Growling he jumps up and aims his fist at my head I swiftly move out of his rand and spin him round and kick his legs out from under him. He punches the floor but resents on his attacks saying that I won.

Grinning at him for a bit at my win I then start to scold him "you need to train before even though you wouldnt beat me youd be able to last longer than that."

I look over at Jackson and hes already in position hes stood tall and has ihis arms at his sides I look at him and motion for him to go first. He starts the same as liam circling me but I know Jacksons moves hes trying to find somewhere that I'm not protecting. Hes lighter on his feet than liam and I'm struggling to hear his steps so I focus on his heart beat instead. I close my eyes to het a better grasp on it. It speeds up slightly letting me k ow hes about to do something. I hear the slightest movement on the ground and I drop to the floor and position myself in a low crouch my eyes snap open and I look at him, I see his eyes are now a bright amber coulor letting me know Eligha is helping him. Grinning from ear to ear I let Ruth have some controle my vision sharpens and all my other senses increase my eyes glow a bright red. We circle each other and he lunges at me I swiftly moving out the way, I narrowly avoided his attack. This time I attack first lunging at him I swing a fist at his chest he grabs it and twists it round my back I twist round so I have some leverage I grab the arm that's keeping mine in the uncomfortable position. I grab his arm and twist myself so hes thrown over me, I put a knee on his neck to stop him from moving I look at him. Jacksons struggling and grunting trying to het up but eventually he relented and falls limp I take that as a win and move off him.

"Well done you lasted about as long is you would before, if you train harder you might be able to beat me eventually"

I see them pouting and liam speaks "how did you get to be that good though I know you spent a while training to be an alpha but I though that was just like pack laws and things?"

I laugh but it's an emotionless one "that training is a lot more than just learning the laws you have to train everyday and they made you push your self to your limits some days they pushed you over those limits and made you feel like you were going to die. They only let you rest when you were sleeping"

They look at me with wide eyes jaws dropped. "I never relised what you had to do to train to be an alpha"

Shaking my head at them I pat them on the shoulder and grin "I won the bragging rights and you both have to do what I say for the rest if the day"

Liam gulps and Jackson looks slightly apprehensive but knows I wint do anything to harsh. "I want you both to catch up on training and Liam since you didnt do anything you shall train until Jackson says you can stop. Alright let's head back then it's getting late"

I look up to the sky to see the sun setting in the distance I didnt relise how late it was until now. We all shift and start the run back to the house. When were there I say bye and part ways I know Jacksons going to push Liam but he shouldnt have slacked that far behind if I'm being honest I feel kind of bad for Liam when jackson wants to be his training programs can be really tough for those not used to it.

~Ruth are we going to head back to ours or sleep here tonigh~

~sleep in pack house it strengthens bonds between alpha and pack~

I head up to my room and change. As soon as my head hits the pillow I'm out like a light.
