The perfect pair ‧ Park Jay [on hold]

In a desperate attempt to locate the nurse's office, Jay tried to recall the directions that Aera had previously given him. Luckily for Jay, he managed to find it quickly. His mind was still fresh from what she had said earlier, so he was deeply worried about her. And he didn't seem to know why.

In an instant, the nurse flinched upon seeing Jay with a rather unwell looking Aera in his arms. It was evident that the nurse was concerned. "What happened with Ms. Shin?" her voice trembled.

Jay sighed deeply "She suddenly fainted out of nowhere."

The lady nods understandingly "Quick place her on the bed." As instructed, Jay followed through by gently laying Aera down on the treatment cot.

The school nurse checks on Aera's pulse to ensure that she is still breathing. For the sake of maintaining calm in the room, Jay was asked a question by the lady.

"Are both of you dating?"

It caused Jay to blush, as the sudden question caught him off guard. Jay has never been in a relationship and does not intend to get into one. Perhaps you could say he is anti-romantic.

Yet, he sometimes hope to have a special person in his life one day. A person who he can share his thoughts with, spend his time with, and especially experience affection from, would be a nice companion.

Although at the moment, he thinks it's wise to focus and work on himself first. In order to be a better man in the near future.

Jay shakes his head in denial, responding to the personal question. "No it's not like that, we just met today, and she was showing me around the building." he awkwardly laughs it off.

"Oh I'm sorry for making assumptions."

"It just so happens that you both look good together."

The lady admits truthfully as she winks at him.
Flustered, Jay tried to calm down. It felt like he was in a hot mess at the moment.

This whole thing was new to him. Yes, he certainly had the looks, and many girls would be tempted by him. However, he was never directly confronted with this subject involving a girl.

The amused lady laughed as she observed Jay's flustered behavior. "Seems like my job here is done. She probably have fainted due to the lack of sleep." she explains concerned. "I'm sure she will wake up anytime soon. Look kid, I'm gonna need you to look after her for a little while because she has no guardian available at the moment."
