I watched with pride as my beautiful son struck the stray dummie before him.

"Keep your arm straight, piccolo!" Mario called from beside me.

"I'm not little!" Nico growled slaming the dagger in the dummie's forehead.

"Okay I think that's enough for today!" My lovely wife called from the ledge above the training area. Vera and I had gotten married shortly after little Nico was born.

"But madre." Nico whined.

"Yes, madre just five more minutes." I smirked up at her when she glared at me.

"No, supper is ready."

"Fine." Nico and I groaned.

"Yay! Food!" Drago called shooting towards the villa.

Nico laughed chasing after him. His long brown and red hair blowing behind him. He refused to let Mother cut his hair shorter then to his shoulders. He was very stubborn. I think he gets it from Vera but she insists that it's from me. I'm not stubborn.

When I walked into the dinning room, I found Vera placing the food on the table, walking up behind her I wrapped my arms around her waist, kissing her neck, smirking when I heard a soft moan from her.

"Ezio." She moaned.

"Yes amore mio?"

"We don't have time for this." She elbowed me in the stomach, hissing I let her go. Turning to face me, she pecked my lips. "Later." She whispered against my lips.

"Promise?" I asked, running my hands up and down her side.

"Yes." She groaned. Smiling I wrapped my arms around her, bringing our lips together.

"Ew, Madre! Padre!" Nico whinned when he came into the room, followed by Drago.

"Yeah, ew." Drago said, shuddering.

"Shut up, Drago." I said, causing him to glare at me.
"Everyone sit down, let's eat. Fenice come on." Vera said.
Everyone sat down, passing the food around.
"So how is your training, dolcezza?" Vera asked, smiling at Nico, who was handing Drago a peice of bread and a grape to Fenice but all I saw was it flouting in the air before it disappeared.
"Great, madre. Padre and Zio Mario have been teaching me a lot."
"He's a natural. Just like Ezio was when he first came here." Mario said, smiling proudly.
One of Mario's mercenaries came into the room, whispering something into Mario's ear before handing him a piece of paper. Mario looked down at the paper before looking at Vera, handing it to her. Her eyes widened in surprise when she opened it.
"What is it?" I asked.
"It's from my old mentor. He needs me to come back to Paris. The Templars are causing trouble."
"Alright, we'll leave in the morning."
"I can't ask you to come with me."
"You're not asking. I am your husband. I am coming with, weather you want me to or not."
"So am I." Nico said.
"No. You must stay here with Mario and Claudia. They will take care of you."
"No. Either you take me with or I follow. It's up to you." He said, his eyes narrowing.
Vera looked at me, meeting her eyes I signed. "Fine but you listen to me and your mother, understood."
"Si, padre."
"Go get some sleep. We leave in the morning."
Nico nodded happily, kissing Vera on the cheek before coming to hug me.
"What are we going to do?" Vera asked later when we were in our room.
"Keep an eye on him. Keep him safe. The Templars must never find out what he can do."
