Human World.
8:15 pm

"Oh my god. You're really hot for a disgusting blood-sucking creature." Sophia, the alpha's daughter, said, sipping her wine through a bendy straw in an expensive restaurant in the human world. "Daddy says vampires are vile and filthy." She laughed at her words, and my stomach churned as I noticed her pink lipstick smeared on her front teeth.

"We are. You should stay away from us—disgusting creatures. You should definitely stick to dating your own kind. Wolves are much better for you." I was basically doing community service to vampires here. I should have the key to the city after enduring this bullshit. If boss hadn't threatened me with my life, I would be out of here.

"You're so funny." She snorted as she threw her head back and laughed. "You have a girlfriend?" She winked her brown eye at me and pouted her pink lips. "God, you're so hot." She almost drooled as she stared at me.

"A girlfriend?" I made a face, then regretted it instantly as she started to lean closer to me.

"We could get out of here if you want?" She was practically crawling over the table at me, her long brown hair falling down her shoulders and into the food. "Daddy said I can do whatever I want with you tonight." She licked her lips, and her eyes suddenly looked hungry. "I'm going to start with your toes." She licked her lips slowly. "Take your shirt off, vampire." She smiled as the whole restaurant started to look at us and whisper loudly. "Show me your abs. No, show me your big dick." She growled in the back of her throat and it sent shivers down my spine.

"Can you sit back in your chair?" I held my hand up, and her face smooched my skin again. "Seriously, sit down." I looked around the room and gave them all a fake smile like I was in complete control. "Sit down," I growled under my breath.

"Boo! You're no fun." She slumped back in her chair as she growled at me, her bottom lip quivering in anger. "Let's fuck already." She begged, banging her fist on the table.

"Just be cool." I cleared my throat and again gave everyone in the room a smile. "Are you trying to get us kicked out?"

"Me?" She yelled a little too loudly. "You're the one who is going to get us kicked out, you monster." She stood up and screamed at me. "You are a filthy creature. He's filthy!" She yelled, almost falling over.

"Can you calm down, please?" I was mortified at her behavior. "Please, just calm down and have another drink. God help me." I poured her another glass of champagne. "There you go. Get that down you."

She gave me a fake smile and downed the glass of champagne in one gulp. "Happy?" She growled, crossing her arms and looking away from me as she sat down again.

"No. Not at all." I sat back in my chair and rolled my eyes. "I was happier with the zombie girl, to be honest."

"Daddy is going to be so mad when he hears how you treated me." She made a face at me, stuck out her tongue, and smiled. "You're fucked."

"Me? You're the one acting like a loon."

"How dare you." She yelled and stood up, knocking her chair over. "I will not be treated like this by a monster like you." She was so drunk she could barely stand up in those pink heels. "I don't deserve this."

"Is there a problem, ma'am?" The young waiter said cautiously to her.

"Yeah, this guy thinks just because he is hot, he can treat me like shit." She slurred at the poor human waiter. "I'm not a piece of shit. My daddy will have him killed for upsetting me." She stumbled back and knocked over another waiter carrying a tray of drinks. "Get out of my way. Did you see how he attacked me?"
