"You follow me, and you do as I say, or you will end up lost, and trust me when I say you don't want to get lost in here." Bianca addressed the group as we got ready to enter the portal. "Don't do anything stupid." She raised her eyebrows directly at me. "Anything."

"Why are you looking at me?"

"Because pretty boys like you wouldn't last three seconds down there unsupervised." Bianca's eyes flashed red with flames as she smiled. "That's why." A ball of fire appeared in her hand as she watched me. "Do we have a problem?" She bounced the ball of fire in her between her hands playfully. "Or do you need to be reminded of the rules?" Her black eyes landed on me again as she scowled.

"I'll let it slide because you called me pretty." I looked away from her as I felt a heat start forming in my chest like a fire was about to erupt. "Ok, I get it." I coughed up smoke as the pain became worse. "Damn."

"You follow me, and do not try to be a hero down there. Trust me, you will fail." Bianca's black eyes flashed emerald green for just a second. "Just don't die down there. Ok?" Her voice was softer as her eyes flashed green again. "Just don't do anything stupid. Please." She almost begged me.

"I hear you, B." I wanted to reach out to her and hold her, but I didn't. "I won't do anything stupid. I promise. I'll be good...ish." I smiled, shrugging innocently.

"I'll keep my boy safe." Penny winked at me. "Can't let a body like that go to waste." She pinched my butt and giggled as I jumped. "Rock hard. Just how I like them."

"Penny, stop." I gushed, trying to act embarrassed, and flexed my gluteus maximus muscles. "Bloody gorgeous, that is."

"Enough!" Bianca yelled, stomping her foot. "You will all follow me through the portal. Keep your hands to yourself, and for the love of Satan, DO NOT GET LOST." She yelled, looking directly at me again.

"I'm starting to feel attacked," I muttered under my breath and over my shoulder.

"You are all to stay with the mermaid until the Master says otherwise. Any questions?" Bianca crossed her arms over her chest and raised her eyebrow sharply.

"Umm, yeah." Ebony raised her hand. "Do we..."

"No? Great." Bianca cut Ebony off and rolled her eyes. "Follow me." She climbed through the portal without another word.

"Bitch." Ebony looked up at me with a scowl on her face. "I'm starting to really dislike her."

"Awkward." Callan made a face. "The ex doesn't like the new girl. Who could have seen this coming?"

"Shut the fuck up." I hit his arm as hard as I could. "I'll go through first and then Claudia. The rest of you can figure it out from there." I stepped to the portal and jumped up and down nervously as I tried to shake off my nerves. "You got this. It's just Hell. You've been in worse situations than this...Can't think of any, but I was probably high or drunk at the time." I shook my body like a dog drying its fur after a bath and closed my eyes. "You can do this," I mumbled as I stepped into the portal, waiting for pain or heat from the flames to hit me, but instead, I heard the ringing sounds of old desk phones and people talking loudly like I was back in the human world. "What the..." I opened my eyes nervously, still expecting something terrifying to happen.

"What are you doing?" Bianca looked at me like I was a complete idiot.

"What do you mean what am I doing?" I quickly spun around, waiting for something to attack me, but all I saw was a busy office building with strange-looking creatures all rushing around the small cubicles holding files and books like it was ninety-three again. "Wait? What is this? Where is Hell?" I spun around again, watching four headless creatures by the water cooler with cups of coffee in their hands, acting like they were having a conversation. "How does that work?" I looked back at Bianca.
