Chapter one: MADMAX (part 3: arcade)

Will's P.O.V

"Hey!" Mom said as I was about to get out the car,
"Okay. So, I'll pick you up in two hours." She said soft but firmly,
"That's 9:00 on the dot, okay?" She said making sure I understood,

"Okay. If anything happens," she said, "if you need to come home, just ask them to use their phone and call home." She continued making sure I understood,

"Okay?" She said, as I nodded,
"Don't..." She said as I Interrupted her,
"Don't walk or bike home. I know." I said as she has repeted the same things since last year,

"Okay, but, sweetie..." She said still working about me,
"Mom, I have to go." I said.
"Have fun." She said kissing me on the cheek as I left,

Y/n's P.O.V

We finnaly were at the Arcade as I gave Dustin his 13 quarters, I didn't have any but I was OK with that, I just wanted to see them have fun,

"To slay the dragon, use the magic sword." The game spoke to Dustin as we were all craded behind him and I was next to Will, with my head on his shoulder,

"Oh, Jesus! I'm in unchartered territory here," Dustin said with his  once going high from panic and fear of loosing,
"guys." He said panicing,
"Down! Down! Down!" I heard someone say,

"I'm going! I'm going!" Dustin exclaimed repetitively,
"I'm going! I'm going! I'm going!" He repeated again,
I let out a small giggle and Will looked down at me, I started blushing, and he smiled looking back at the game,

The all kept clamoring, for Dustin to do something,
"Okay. Shut up. Shut up. Shut up!" He said, I started to tall asleep and close my eyes,
"No. No. No! No! No! No!" He repeated again as he lost,

"I hate this overpriced bullshit!" Dustin said kicking the machine, making me jump awake,
Will looked at me and smiled,
"If your tired go out side and let the cold air hit your eyes," he said softly as he realised I was sleeping,

"Son of a bitch!" He said angry he lost the game, "Piece of shit!" He continued,
"You're not nimble enough." Lucas said still bragging,

"But you'll get there one day." He spoke, "But until then, Princess Daphne is still mine." He said with a daring smirk,

I took Will's advice and went outside,
"Whatever." He spat, "I'm still tops on Centipede and Dig Dug." He continued,

"You sure about that?" Keith the Arcade manager said still muching on cheese balls of some sort,
"Sure about what?" He questioned when it hit him,

"You're kidding me." He finally spoke, "No, no, no." He said rushing to the Dig Dug score board,
"Move!" He exclaimed pushing passed kids in the small building,

"Move!" He continued, "No, no, no, no, no. Hey, no! No! No" he said when he realisedsomeone under the name MADMAX, had passed him,

"751,300 points!" Will said flabbergasted,
"That's impossible!" Mike said with the same expression as Will,
"Who is Mad Max?" Dustin asked Keith demanding at this point,
"Better than you," Kieth replied bitterly which resulted in Him getting flipped off by Dustin,

"it you?" Will asked,
He scoffed, "You know I despise Dig Dug," he said still eating cheese balls completely unphased by the 4 boys,

"Then who is it?"
"Yeah, spill it, Keith."
"You want information, then I need something in return."
They all truned to Mike,
"No, no, no. No way. You're not getting a date with her."
"Mike, come on. Just get him the date."
" She was jut next to you Mike," Kieth said, "just call her back",
It took them a second to realise, then they realised he was talking about you,
You always looked older then you normally should,

"KIETH! she's 13!" Mike scolded, "I'm not prostituting my sister!, a d don't even think about Nancy"
"But it's for a good cause." Lucas pleaded,
"LUCAS SHE'S MY GIRLFRIEND" Will shouted to Lucas,
"what about Nancy?" He asked Mike,

"No, don't get him the date." Dustin spoke, "Know what? He's gonna spread his nasty-ass rash to your whole family." Dustin said mentioning to Keith's acne,
"Acne isn't a rash and it isn't contagious," kieth spoke back to the small child, "you prepubescent wastoid."  He spat at Dustin,

verything started clutching,
Home, devil town, home devil town,

I walked outside and saw Y/n curled up in a ball, crying and whimpering,
"G-g-g-go a-a-a-away," she said sobbing through tears, she looked up and saw me,

You jumped up quicker than my dad left, and hugged me,
"Y-y-y-you're h-h-h-here," she said into my shirt, I wrapped my arms around her and saw the arcade light flickering,

Home, devil town, home devil town,

thunder crashing,
electricity crackling,

"Will!, Y/n Are you okay?" Mike said as he came outside,
She gasped, clutching onto me for for life,

"Yeah. We just..." I said looking back to see if the world was real,
"We needed some air."
"Come on. Will's up on Dig Dug. Let's take that top score back, huh?" Mike said putting his arm around Will as   Y/n held onto Will's hand tightly,
