It hadn't always been like this. At one point, Tokyo had been a major tourist destination for many a starry-eyed tourist. It was funny to think just a few short years ago, things had been completely different. Since Shanghai Alice gained power over their rival yakuza crime families, nothing had been the same. With their considerable numbers, power, and influence, they had all but eradicated all other rival organizations. The influx of drugs, guns, and contraband into Tokyo was unlike anything the nation had ever seen. With yakuza members deeply set into the police and local government, the Shanghai Alice's rule was secure, its fist clenched tight over the once orderly Japanese capital.

Inside Haneda International Airport, Suwako Moriya could already feel the tension as she stepped into the arrival lounge. This was her first time in Japan, and with such an important mission, she could not afford to make any mistakes. First thing was first however, she had to get her currency exchanged. Spotting an exchange counter, she made her way through the crowds of incoming tourists.

"Excuse me, but how much would it cost to take a taxi to Yokohama?" Suwako asked as she looked up at the teller. She was still as short as ever despite being 18 already.  Her height had barely changed since middle school.

"About 9,000 yen." The teller said with a smile. Despite Japan's elevated status as one of the most dangerous countries in Asia due to the drug epidemic, the tourism industry still thrived. Looking down while the teller prepared to convert her Mon to Yen, she studied the email Kaguya had sent her once again. She was looking for a woman named Joon Yorigami; a woman whose family had known ties to Shanghai Alice.

Making her way out of the terminal finally, she felt a blast of cool air as she left the relative warmth of the indoors, to the chilly outside. It was nowhere near as cold as her native Gensokyo, but the sudden shift in temperature was still jarring after spending an hour inside going through immigration and customs. She looked to her left to see a small commotion going on.

"Heh, that's a cool trick. I have to hand it to you." A couple of police officers talked to a very well-dressed young woman. She had blonde hair that was styled into two curly twin tails and tied up with pink ribbons. She was holding what looked like a small white flower in her palm.

"Do it again! I can't believe it!" One of the officers said.

"All right, just this one time." The blonde girl said. She closed her palm over the flower before revealing a small green frog, which jumped from one hand to the other. Covering it up again, it turned into a red flower.

"Unbelievable...How the hell does she do that?" One of the officers pulled out a pack of cigarettes before pulling a crumpled 1,000 yen bill from inside the pack before handing it to the woman.

"I'd better take a taxi, Kaguya warned me that the airport is kind of shady," Suwako shrugged off the scene as she stepped up to the taxi stand to wait in line, before noticing that there was a long line of people waiting as well; tourists with huge suitcases in tow. The allure of the ideal Japanese vacation was still something that most people would want to try at least once in their lives. For some, it was a bucket list that just had to be ticked off.

"Hey, are you looking for a cab?" An unfamiliar voice came from behind. Suwako turned around. She was surprised to see the girl from before. Up close, she noticed her jewelry and fancy clothes. She was wearing a traditional Japanese coat, custom tailored with wide sleeves, and a white dress underneath, held together by a black Gucci belt. Her fingers were adorned with several gold rings and matching gold bracelets, all set with precious stones.
