Kingdom Key
"Keyblade... Keyblade..." A strangely familiar voice echoed in both boys' heads as they stared at their new weapons, feeling a strange feeling of power coming from holding them.
"Well...let's see if all our swordfight paid off!" Muichiro said as he charged at more of the shadowy imps, Senjuro awkwardly following after him. Both boys cut through the monsters effortlessly. They soon made it to the Secret Place, where they found Nezuko .
"Senjuro ! Muichiro !"
The redhead ran up to her friends and hugged them tightly, both of them returning the embrace. However, the door that was always shut suddenly flew open, a powerful gust of wind sending the three friends out of the cave, where they all blacked out.
"...ora...ake u...! WAK...SENJ...!"
"Muichiro ..." Senjuro moaned, blinking his eyes open as he saw Muichiro looking at him urgently.
"WAKE UP, SENJURO !"
Sora yelled as he shot up to his feet to find Muichiro and Nezuko there and then looked around to see a horrific sight. They were on a patch of land that was floating in the sky, broken palm trees, barrels, and wood littered the area. Around them flew chunks of debris, some buildings from town. The dark orb hovered just barely over them. It felt like everything was being pulled towards it.
"What's happening...?" Nezuko asked in horror, trying to ponder the nightmarish sight she was witnessing firsthand.
Suddenly, a tall dark shadow loomed over the trio as they looked up and gasped. It was the same giant monster from their shared dream.
"What do we do now...?" Senjuro asked, almost helplessly.
Muichiro calmly held out his hand, summoning his new weapon again. "Simple. We fight."
Senjuro nodded as he summoned his own weapon as well. Nezuko watched as her two friends charged the hulking brute, who threw a punch downward at them as they got out of the way, a pool of darkness forming from the spot where the monster embedded its fist.
Nezuko felt a rising light inside her begin to bubble and then she ran forward, her legs moving without thinking. She then held her hand out and in a flash of light, a blade similar to the ones that Senjuro and Muichiro had appeared.
The weapon was round and curvaceous to the point of appearing harmless. One side of the hilt was formed in the shape of a breaking ocean wave, while the other was formed into a beige vine of sand that wrapped around the shaft, which was colored to resemble a sunset. The vine connected to a bouquet of colorful flowers, which formed the teeth of the blade. A red, silken Keychain connected the hilt to the Paopu Fruit token.
