Minato has just summoned the shinigami through death demons consuming seal to seal the nine tails into his son and daughter (naruto and mito)
While the nine tail's sealing in mito went without a hitch but when ninetail's were sealed inside naruto shinigami seal placed upon naruto started to fade away when the nine tail's was sealed inside naruto as the sealing matrix started to move toward both of naruto's palms.

Hagoromo- Now to add extra precaution
