Travis walked past the poplar tree and entered the front door of the coffee shop. He walked over to the side of the counter waving with his hand for Isabella to come over to him. Isabella walked over to Travis. He grabbed her with a firm grip cradling her waist and leaned in and kissed her. He felt her soft pouty lips lock on his gentle soft lips. He felt fireworks going off inside as time seemed to stop. She grabbed Travis by the back of the head as they kissed not wanting it to end. He leaned back from the kiss as both their eyes were filled with emotion and love.Travis reached down and placed the square folded letter in her hand. He touched his cheek under his eye, then put his hand on his heart and put his hand on her heart. That was his way of saying I love you. She touched her cheek under her eye, then put her hand on her heart, and then put her hand on his heart while saying “I love you.” Travis walked out the front door of the coffee shop and walked back down the street to the bookstore. Isabella looked around as everyone in the coffee shop was smiling at her. She walked in the back room flustered from the kiss to read the letter from Travis.
Hello Always A Lady
The first day, I saw you at the coffee shop, it was love at first sight. I walked in seeing your long silky brown hair. I thought to myself you are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. You were so cute with your hazel brown eyes shining through your glasses and a smile that took my breath away. As I kept receiving the letters, I was filled with excitement to read every word you wrote. Even though at that time I didn’t know it was you. I have to admit every time, I walked in the coffee shop I was hoping it was you that was writing the letters back to me. That day we spent grocery shopping together, I was captivated by your beauty, but also intrigued by our conversation. Every time I look in your eyes, I see the pureness of your soul, the kindness in your heart and the love for others that radiates from your spirit. When I walk into the coffee shop everyday seeing your wonderful smile it brightens my day. I hope you didn’t mind the kiss as I have wanted to kiss you since, we went shopping together. I want you to know yes, I still want to exchange letters everyday and continue to stick them in the bottom right corner of the weathered birdhouse. That way I can tell you how much you mean to me.
Always A Gentleman
Isabella stood in the back room of the coffee shop with tears pouring down her face like rain rolling down a glass window. Carol came into the back room giving Isabella a hug. Isabella said “I’m not sad Mrs. Carol” Carol said “I know baby you have tears of joy coming down your flustered cheeks, when a man pours his heart out to you all you can do is drink in all the love they have for you.” Isabella wiped the tears from her face and walked back out behind the counter to help serve the customers. Isabella’s heart was filled with love for Travis as she imagined what lied ahead for them.
Travis walked through the front door of the bookstore. Jane ran over to Travis and gave him a hug whispering in his ear “this is that moment, Juliet knew that Romeo was her soulmate.” He felt in his heart that he was her Romeo and she was his Juliet inseparable soulmates bonded by their feelings that were poured out on paper through a blue ink pen. Travis finished up his day at work and walked down to the coffee shop. He looked through the window seeing Isabella wiping the counter. He walked in the front door. Isabella looked up and smiled.
Travis walked over to her smiling and pulled out his notepad showing her the note he wrote. She looked down and read I am your Romeo and you are my Juliet inseparable soulmates. She looked at Travis with pure love radiating from her eyes. He smiled at her and leaned in to give her a quick kiss. He headed out the door walking back down to his car. He got in his car and started it up and drove back to his apartment.
