Madame Maxine's office ~3~

Isabel made her way up the steps towards Madame Maxine's office of course not to go to talk to the Headmistress but rather because of the view.
There was a small alcove right next to the Headmistress's office and that was were Isabel spent most of her time nowadays other than the 'tour d'astronomie' with Emillíe or in her dorm with Lóttie and Violet whom to her seemed a bit distant recently.
Of course the other girls felt the same because in all honesty the Isabel now is completely different to the Isabel who they used to know the one ya know who helped Violet during the full moons now she just sits on guard, down by the carriages with the Pegasus' making sure no one comes near them which she failed at once she was to busy trying to get her lighter to work.
But that wasn't her fault. She's just trying to distract herself she hardly even goes to classes anymore because of all of her shoots that Celést has booked her for she had 3 a week no matter what day there were always 3.

In the alcove was an archway which led to a beautiful view of the mountains covered in a small coat of snow that you could still see from miles away because of its pure whiteness, the clear blue sky which was above the forest which seemed to go forever, you could see just before the mountains a golden arch which led to the Village de Sorcellerie were most of the students would spend there weekends.

Isabel loved it here and so did her owl Athena so when her owl swooped down to sit next to her she wasn't surprised. But what she was surprised to see was a letter from her Brother Carter who started his first year at Hogwarts school of Whichcraft and Wizardry the same year she was in her fourth it was only a month before school ended so she didn't know why he had sent her a letter he had only written to her before Christmas after that he stopped.
Isabel had always been curious about the school but she understood why her and her brother weren't in the same school. Carter couldn't be at Beauxbatons because he said " I don't want to go to the same school as Izz I'm just gonna be in her shadow and I want to be myself" which Isabel thought was a good enough reason he couldn't go to Durmstrang because he said "all the people there are scary and big and Im small and nice I don't want to go there" which again was a good reason.
Isabel didn't see why he couldn't go to Illvermormy they had a cousin that goes there. Not that they know who that cousin was but there is a lot they don't know about there family.
But Carter said " it's too far and Zues will get tired coming back and fourth with letters and so will Athena and your owl papa"  which again was a good reason she didn't want Athena dieing whilst delivering a letter, so Hogwarts was next best.
She opened the letter carefully because she was taught not to rip apart the paper whilst opening the wax seal. The letter said:

Dear Izz,

I just wanted to see how you are doing, there are some really nice people here at Hogwarts. You are probably wondering why I haven't written to you. But to be honest I'm wondering why you haven't written to me we haven't seen each other in 6 months or spoken and I miss my big sister.Papa said that I can stay with some of my friends over summer because he has to have a word with you I don't know what that means but good luck. I am staying at Luke's house (you know the guy I told you about in October) ye we're still friends but I won't be able to see you until 17th August [ my birthday incase you forgot ;) ] anywho I need you to look after the bunker for me whilst I'm not there.

Isabel loves her brother but sometimes he can be very dramatic but in the best way possible.
" Isabel! Izz!" came Violets voice from around the alcove so Isabel went to see what was wrong. " what's wrong loup" she asked concerned
"Oh there you are. Lóts and I have been looking all over for you for like and hour." Violet panted looking very exhausted "Madame wants to talk to you in her office she said it's important you speak to her immediately but we haven't been able to find you immediately so uhm good luck I guess" Violet finished as she pushed Isabel to the Headmistress's office.

Once they were at the big blue double doors framed with white marble Isabel felt scared she knew she had been failing like 3 of her classes but she was still up on the list in other subjects like the ones she actually enjoyed. Maybe it was just to talk to her about her modelling. But would it be that important we had to speak immediately?
Maybe it was because she had been missing classes. But she does that all the time why does she have to talk now?
Has she lost her sense or prestigiousness or maybe she wasn't good enough for the school anymore?
I mean she hasn't behaved that badly right ?

Once she knocked on the doors they opened almost immediately Isabel didn't even have to time to check over her uniform which right now wasn't even proper uniform it was her shirt, skirt and robe but also with muggle black see-through tights her hair was down and wavy when it was supposed to be at a tight bun just above her neck a pair of muggle platform heels which were most definitely not aloud but her skirt she had ... adjusted. By that it means she has cut her skirt shorter and sewn it together herself which she was quite proud of so to say. She had the aroma scent of smoke, coffee, vanilla, lavender and chocolate all mixed together. Which for some was sweet and lovely, others it was sweet and sickening .

"Come in, come in darling." Madame Maxine's voice was quite low compared to the some of other woman which mainly was because she was a giantess still a beautiful and gracious woman none the less. "Ah Isabel I was wondering what took those 2 so long let me guess the alcove" Madame Maxine's said her teeth shining from the contrast of the whiteness and her blood red lipstick.
"How did you know Madame?" Isabel questioned the answer was quite obvious the alcove was right next to her office she had probably even seen Isabel in there. "I know many things ma colombe such as how you have been failing 3 of your classes and have not been showing up to most of them and you have quit all of your extra activities such as: ballet, piano, violin and oh dear have even stopped acting. What is wrong miel." You can tell that Madame was actually concerned for the girl however the teacher already knew everything she always does she knows about how she copes and how she misses her brother and father, how she is sick of the modelling and being on a magazine every day. The poor girl had just turned 15 a month ago how was she supposed to cope with all of this whilst trying to keep up with helping Violet during the moons and being on top of her studies which is why Madame Maxine had decided to owl David Floque asking him to come and see his daughter.
