Friend Zoned.

Chapter 8 - Stage 1 Attempt 2.

My phone buzzed with Louis' number as I picked it up, laying down on my bed as I spoke into the phone.

(Conversation E-Esme L-Louis)

E- Hello?

L- How'd it go? Are you with him?

E- Bad and no

L- What?!

E- Louis calm it

L- What happened?!

E-  Well chucking ice water over him wasn't my best idea

L- You......did.......what? *Laughs hysterically*

E- I know, but he told me to fuck off and leave him alone so I did. Listen Louis he's changed and he's lost sight of what the point of this was

L- Wait I have a plan..

I layed down in Louis' bed smirking at Louis' perfect plan. I heard someone open the door

"He's at the door, and I'll start the camera when he's in here" Louis told me as I nodded and rolled over, awaiting Harry. I heard some footsteps 

"Why are you getting me to do this?" Harry groaned as he prodded me, I bit my lip, it's time to start. I jumped up as looked at Harry fiercely 

"What the fuck are you doing? Just fuck off I want to sleep" I yelled at him, glancing behind to see Louis' recording, barging past him like what he done to me, he was frozen as I walked past Louis I smirked at him and high-fived him making my way into his bathroom. 

"What just happened?" I heard Harry ask Louis making me smile and lean against the door, Stage one attempt two is going well. A few moments later I got a text from Louis telling me to come downstairs and he'll start recording again. I stormed down the stairs and glarred at Harry

"Esme?" He asked as I pushed him out of my way sternly and walked into the kitchen, looking at Louis who chucked me a beer whilst winking, I winked back and walked back out of the kitchen, sipping the alcohol, the taste made me feel sick this early in the morning. 

"What are you doing?" Harry asked confused as I snapped my head to where he was standing

"Just leave me alone you twat!" I yelled at him as he looked taken-a-back by my words 

"Dont yell at me or even talk to me like that!" He yelled back as I slammed the beer down on the table turning back to him

"Oh it's not nice is it? How about having your bestfriend yell at you to fuck off?" I yelled at him as he scoffed at me.

"Fuck off Harry, you know those words have been waiting to come out of my mouth for sooooo long!" I yelled at him as he glarred at me bringing his hand to the side of my face 

"Don't make me hit you" He snarled at me as we both glarred at eachother, I felt Louis try and pull me away as I waved him off

"Go on I dare you" I tested him as Louis ghasped, Harry lifting his hand, he stopped as I continued to glare at him as swung his hand and slapped me, right round the face. We all ghasped as I felt my cheek burn up, I held it as I stood back up.

"Is this you Harry?" I asked him as he stayed silent, tears rose to my eyes as I continued to stare at him.

"Is this who you want to be?" I yelled at him as tears started to fall from my eyes.

"Esme-" He sighed as I shook my head.

"No Harry, you said you don't need to change so if this is who you want to be then I don't want to be your bestfrirend anymore" I spoke quietly in the silent room as I started to walk out, feeling all eyes on me. I heard a murmer as I stopped at the door frame

"Pardon?" I asked polietly my back still too them.

"You're right" Harry spoke up as I smirked, turning slightly I faced Harry.

"So you're ready for a summer of getting you back?" I asked sternly as he sighed and nodded, I saw Louis smirking as I walked over to Harry stopping infront of him.

"Then phase one is learning your maners" I told him as he looked at me confused, I slapped him as he looked at me shocked and I just stood there with a straight face.

"What was that for?!" He asked shocked as I pointed to my cheek.

"Didn't even say sorry" I told him as he nodded and looked at the ground.

"This will be one long summer" He mumbled as I looked at Louis and we both smilled at eachother, Louis putting down the camera that would change the arrogant, fame obsessed Harry Styles back into my best friend.
