"Do you have any idea how much that candle cost me?" complained the pink cape girl. Pointing at starlight confidently.
"No- '' Starlight tried to answer but was interrupted.
"A week's worth! That's almost like two hearts!" commented the pink caped girl, who continued to point her finger at Starlight angrily.
"I'm sorry? I don't even know what that is..." replied Starlight apologetically.
"I know... that's why I want you to pay me back..." the pink cape girl reached out towards Starlight. In reaction, starlight curled inwards themselves. "Till then... get stronger and listen carefully. Just be a good kid and follow me."
Their gentle hand stroke Starlight's white hair but was quickly taken back. The pink cape girl just stared at Starlight as if she had seen a ghost. Starlight didn't know why they stared at them that way but before either of them could speak, Journey interrupted them. However Starlight still couldn't understand him and figured that he must also give them a candle as well.

"Flower , we need to hide them, the guards are almost here."

The girl named Flower quickly grabbed Starlight by the wrist and started to pull them back towards the entrance of the cave.
"Shoot! I'm sorry but you gotta hide!"
"Wh-why? Are we doing something??" asked Starlight while trying to keep up with Flowers' pace.
"Um... no...?" replied Flower doubtfully. She then yelled back a Journey as she pulled Starlight along. "Journey, buy me a little time just in case!"

"You got it!"

"Oh so the boy's name is Journey..." thought starlight just before being shoved in a corner of the cave. Starlight slightly exclaimed from pain "oof!"
"Listen, the guards from the temple can't find you just yet... it'll get bad if they do. So just stay here for now okay?" Flower quickly explained.
Not sure why Starlight would cause bad things to happen, they just nodded their head in agreement and wanted Flower walk away from them.

From the sky, were three people who looked just like them gliding in their direction. However, they had a deep red fluffy coat and a fox-like mask that was etched with gold. Instead of tan shorts like Starlight, they had dark navy blue pants and boots. Even the boots were carefully dawned with gold. Tiny gold light peered from the darkness of the eye socket of the mask, making them appear intimidating. As they landed the one in front spoke to Flower and Journey.
"Hello... Journey...Flower."
"Wait, are they cats or foxes, I can't tell?" whispered Flower in Journey's ears.
"Shut up, it doesn't matter." Journey whispered back. Journey knew flower had a habit of making light of tense situations and didn't want to laugh from her childish jokes.
"It kinda does though...?" flower replied nonchalantly.

As Starlight watched the group of flying people approach Journey and the girl, a voice from somewhere around them also seemed to be watching.
"Well looks like there's been a big commotion since your arrival." said a very soothing voice.
