a gentle feeling of fondness or liking.

"she felt affection for the wise old lady"

Yako turned back into a human, fixing her posture and her position of sitting. Tsuchigomori put his arms loosely around her back, the chair rolling towards him from his force. This was their first ever hug despite them knowing eachother for centuries. "You have to be more careful.. You can't go around fighting some random supernaturals you can get yourself really hurt since your sick"

Yako still denied that she was really that sick and insisted she could do what ever she wanted to. He pulled away, Yako's chair pushing back ever so slightly. Tsuchigomori got up, telling Yako he'd just get a new stack of books from his boundary and some from the library.

....

The bell rang, and Nene was dismissed from the last class of the day. She was excited to see Hanako again since she didn't go to school for a few days because she wasn't feeling well. She stepped outside her class, returning some of the books to the lockers outside. She shut the metal door closed and turned around.

She saw a colorful odd looking slimy supernatural towering over her. It had been almost a year that she could see supernaturals yet she has never seen one like this before. The gooey substance dripped onto the floor from the supernatural as it stared at her. She ran squealing, trying to get as fast as she can to the old building to Hanako.

The supernatural wasn't as fast as she was, but it stepped pretty big, giving it an advantage. She pushed open the bathroom door running to Hanako who was sitting on the windowsill, playing with the mokkes. "Yashir?-" he was about to ask and then he saw the supernatural in the hallway.

"AH" "Yashiro what happene-" he was cut off "I-went-to-my-lockers-after-class-and-I-saw-that-thing-behind-me-and-I-ran-here-as-fast-as-I-could-to-you-but-it-moved-so-quickly-and-it-caught-up-now" "wait I can't understand a single thing you said, slow down Yashiro!" "I. Went. To. Locker. Supernatural. There. And. It. Chased. Me" she said much more slowly than last time.

(OMG THE MOST DIALOGUE IVE EVER HAD/J)

For some reason, the supernatural didn't go inside the bathroom after Nene. "That was a close call.. I wonder why is it heading that way though?" "Hmm.. I can't really think of anything but we should be grateful it didn't come after US and attack" Hanako brought his knife out, and held it tightly incase if the supernatural would come back after them. Honestly, Nene still has no idea where he keeps his knife..

The next day bc I want to

Yako spent the last night reading, because she didn't have any choice on what else to do. She was only on around chapter 6 as far as she could remember last night.. Did she fall asleep while reading? What happened?

She forced her eyes open, looking up she saw Tsuchigomori. "Is he sleeping?.. WAIT HE SLEEPS???" she thought, in confusion. "Wait why am I like this?-" she looked around, she was still holding the book she was reading last night in her hands. "Ah.. so I DID sleep on the book last night but that still doesn't answer why I'm here.."

She tried to get up but then felt something pulling her down. She looked down, and then realized that Tsuchigomori's hand was on her, holding her back down close to him. She let out a small sigh and melted back into the chair, putting her own hand on top of Tsuchigomori's. His hand felt really cold, but so did hers. She almost forgot for a second that both of them were never alive.

Yako put a hand on him, just waiting for him to wake up so she could get out. He had classes right? So if he doesn't wake up soon he would be really late.. In fact, Yako doesn't remember a single time that Tsuchigomori was late to a class or didn't attend. Yako kept trying to push him off to go get some food somewhere, maybe steal some food from the canteen?

She gave up pretty soon. She laid her head on his shoulder, keeping her hand ontop of his. She let her eyelids drop, closing her eyes as her body relaxed. The room was silent, barely any sound that a normal person could hear. Both of their bodies had a cold temperature, yet Yako still felt the warmth between them. She had a small smile left on her face. Her mind went blank and she fell asleep, in Tsuchigomori's arms.

Actually, Tsuchigomori was awake. Did Yako forget that today there was no school? He's been waiting for Yako to wake up for a while now, when he fell asleep himself.

He felt something pushing him, deeper into the chair which woke him up. He opened his right eye slightly, and saw Yako trying to get up. He quickly chose not to bother her, and closed his eyes again pretending to still be asleep. He waited for not long, until Yako fell asleep.

Honestly, Yako had always been a sleepy-head. She always slept quite quickly, no matter where she was sleeping. She would sleep on the floor, on tables, on shelves, and pretty much every flat surface. Tsuchigomori always wondered where she got that from. She would always leave a big mess of pillows, blankets, and fur on the area she slept on, which was quite annoying for him to clean up.

She fell asleep, and he put his other hand in her hair, rubbing her head slightly. He got up slightly but enough to get out of the chair. He leaned into her, also pushing her up a little with the hand in her hair. He pressed a small kiss on her lips, and rubbed her cheek with the hand holding her up. He put her down gently and got up fully to go get breakfast for the both of them.

(OMG PLS SAVE ME IDK HOW TO WRITE KISSES AND LIKE OMG ARE YOU GUYS PREPARED FOR THE NEXT CHAP????)
