For the first time in a long time, she felt like her old self
The West High Knights ended up winning which Amanda was happy about cause she was a part of it. Gina was crowned Queen of East High and was given a ribbon from Carlos.
Gina called her mom and they both started fighting over the phone, Gina looked upset. Amanda waited in the kitchen for Gina. She had heard what had happened and thought Gina needed a friend right now.
"Hey, you ok G?" Mandy asked.
"I will be," Gina replied not looking at her packing her stuff up.
"You want to talk about it...or"Not even a little," Gina cut her off looking at her stone-cold.
'I'll call you," Mandy said not knowing if she would blow up her not and it seemed she did.
"Honestly you heard what happened. I don't think there's any point in calling me anymore do you?"
Amanda felt hurt and Gina could see that but decided not to say anything.
Picking up her try she gave one last look at Amanda before walking away.
Amanda was frozen in her spot, She had just lost a close friend of hers and felt hurt.
"Hey, Gina I'm so sorry.."Nini rushed over to Gina and stopped when she saw her tearful face.
'Um...the cupcakes were amazing,' Nini tried to say but Gina closed the door in her face.
She saw Amanda putting her coat on looking very upset.
"Hey, um you alright?"Nini asked the girl.
"What?" Mandy asked still thinking about Gina.
"Um, that was pretty intense," Nini pointed to where Gina had left.
Amanda couldn't help but roll her eyes at her. "Yeah, it was,"
"Um, I know you have a lot of stuff going on with Ella and school so if you ever need-"Honsently Nini stop it," Amanda interrupted her having enough.
How dare she speak of Ella and bring her up when she knows she doesn't like talking about her and opening up about Ella.
"I'm just trying to help you," Nini said giving her a look.
Amanda didn't think she was telling the truth she was just being fake to look good around everyone. she stared at her.
"I don't want your help okay? And if you really want to help how about you back the fuck off my boyfriend," Amanda asked smiling factly before grabbing her purse.
Ricky had just walked in grabbing his bag when he noticed his girlfriend upset and Ninilooking shocked and embarrassed.
"You ready to go?" Ricky asked looking back and forth between the two in confusion.
"Yup. Let's go," Amanda said handing Ricky his coat and dragging him out of the house leaving Nini standing there alone like an idiot.
Ricky had dropped off Mandy home after she told him why she was so upset and about Gina being upset and not wanting to be friends anymore. He was shocked since the two were getting along so well together. He offered to stay with Mandy but she told him she was tired and drained and just wanted to go to sleep.
Ricky went home and noticed when he went inside he was all alone he thought back to what Amanda had told him and thought it was a good idea.
Ricky sat on the stairs and was about to call his mom when someone else called him. Confused he looked down and his eyes widen when he noticed Nini's name pop up.
"Hello?" He was confused about why she was calling him when he just saw her at the party.
"H-hey Ricky um I noticed Amanda upset when she left the party. What happened??" Nini asked fishing for information.
"Oh, um something about Gina-I really has to make an important phone call-" Nini quickly started to think of a good excuse to keep talking to him.
"Everything ok at home?" She quickly added remembering the frame of his mom.
"No actually not," Ricky said.
"Anything I can help with?" Nini asked.
"No. look my mom moved out of the house two weeks ago, and she already has a new boyfriend. You can imagine how I feel about it," Ricky sighed.
"You should talk to your mom Ricky," Nini said after a few seconds of silence.
"Yeah, Mandy said the same thing," He chuckled.
Nini furred her eyebrows at the name of Amanda and walked to a picture of her and Ricky when they were dating. They both smiled in the picture and looked so in love with one another they were so happy.

"Amanda huh? Is she ok with me calling you at this hour?' Nini flirted trying to see if he would take the bait.
Ricky raised his eyebrows. Was Nini trying to flirt with him? I mean she did just break up with EJ so it would be a fair game. But what about Amanda?
Conflicted Ricky stayed silent for so long Nini thought he hung up.
"Hello?" Nini asked confused.
"She doesn't have to know..." He said finally making her smile.
