Ghost.

An apparition of a dead person which is believed to appear or become manifest to the living, typically as a nebulous image.

Or in my case a teenage girl. Everyone said I've changed, and I have. I stay to myself, not saying anything until spoken to.

My alarm clock goes off, I slam my palm on the snooze to get rid of the annoying noise. I do it couple more time I'm nowhere close to being ready for my first day of senior year. We moved to Hawkins 2 years ago and my dad still acts like we just moved back here, and have a reputation to uphold. I hear my dad moving around in the kitchen calling my name a more couple times.

"Molly get your ass in here right now! If your not down here in the next 5 minutes your walking to school." My dad screamed from the kitchen giving me the motivation to actually get out of bed. I scurried over to my closet and grabbed the first outfit I saw.

"Your not seriously wearing that are you?" My twin brother Billy said leaning against my doorframe. I look down at my outfit.

He didn't mean it in a bad way, he was looking out for me. He always did. He seemed like he was big and tough but in all reality he was hurting bad on the inside and didn't know how to control it

"What's wrong with it?"

He raises his eyebrows. "Oh nothing." She says before turning out of my doorway.

Asshole.

I make my way out the door, grabbing a piece of toast and following Billy to his car I get in slamming the door. "He's such an asshole!" Billy looks over at me.
"Yeah what else is new with him ever since Mom-" Billy doesn't finish his sentence, he turns on the car as we make our way down the street. The rest of the ride is silent.

🎼

"Don't make me wait for you!" Billy calls after Max as we make our way to the front doors of the school.
"Don't worry he won't leave me here find me when your ready to leave that way I can say it was my fault." I say giving her a smile.

"Thanks" The redhead returns my smile before running off down the hall towards her class. I loved max like she really was my sister. Billy did too he just doesn't show emotion very much.  I look at my watch.

Shit. I'm late to class.

I turn and start running, bumping into someone that knocked me off my feet and sent all my papers and folders flying. I scramble to clean them all up.

"I'm so sorry. Here let me help." A males voice said. I look up. Shit.

Eddie Munson.

"It's fine I got it." I snatch the papers from his hands. I just want to get out of here as soon as I can. Of all the people I had to bump into Munson. I tutored him for a week last year before he decided to stop showing up to the library.

"Molly Hargrove right?" He said with a sly smile on his face. God that smile. I felt goosebumps. I tuck a strand of hair behind my ear and avoid looking at his beautiful face. "Yeah. Do you not remember I tutored you last year?"

"Oh yeah I remember now. How've you been? Haven't seen you in awhile." He says trying to meet his eyes with mine. I roll my eyes. "Yea because you decided to stop showing up to tutoring."  He let's put a chuckle. His brown eyes finally meeting mine. His smile starting to grow bigger before he turns away and leans on a nearby locker. "Sorry bout that. Speaking of which... do you think you could tutor me again?"

"Do you think you can show up to your sessions?" I snap back real quick. When he stopped showing up i kinda felt empty. Eddie was the first person I had actually held a conversation with for more than five minutes since moving here. I felt kinda safe and then he just stopped showing up. The first person I had opened up too and I chased him off.

"Yea I think maybe it's time we caught up." He said looking me up and down. The goosebumps were back again. Did the Eddie Munson just look me up and down??? "I was thinking your place at 8? I hate the library not trying to go there."

"I can't my dad and brother will be there and their overbearing. Not a good idea"

"Fine my place at 8. See you then Hargrove." He turns and walks away. I watch him walk away before the bell brings me back from my thoughts.

Shit, class.
