▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
" Ugh, really? The Chunnin Exams? Who do they think they are, asking for my support out of the blue like that?" ( Name ) said bored. Can't she just have a peaceful day with her siblings? Dammit. Of course, she was going to decline it. There's no way she's going to just go to Konohagakure and assist the Exams just because they want her to. No, thanks.
Well, it was true that she was too lazy to go to that living hell of a place, but she had her own reasons as well. She wasn't oblivious over how people acted around her, like some desperate children wanting a slight of her attention. It was funny, indeed. It was a great show watching people do nasty things just to receive merely a piece of her time, like she was a goddess who needed to be worshiped. She could easily take advantage of that, and of course, she did. But it was kind of a nuisance for her. In the end, she was still a young girl who wanted to simply live her life far away from the Shinobi system.
"Hm..." I hummed, looking at the piece of paper. It was a letter from The Lord Third, Hiruzen. After all Danzō did to her, that sick Hogake still turned a blind eye on his right-hand man. It simply disgusted her to the guts. 'I don't want to go there ever again. But I do have some unfinished matters to attend to there, don't I? Ugh, what a nuisance.' (Name) was in the middle of her thoughts when Emma came into the room.
"(Name)? Are you alright? You haven't had breakfast this morning. Again." Emma asked, entering the room with leftovers from breakfast. After hearing those words, (Name) couldn't help but sigh. "I told you I don't have any appetite right now. Besides, I think I'm leaving at some point, so I need to pack my things." (Name) looked away, not wanting to see the pain in my sister's eyes. "What? What do you mean leave? Where are you going? When?" Emma worryingly came up to me. As Emma approached me, there could be seen some letters on the table. She narrowed her eyes and grabbed one. "...Konohagakure? Chunnin Exams? What is that?" Emma asked, worried. "Nothing that should concern you, sister. Personal matters." The Uchiha girl sighed.
(Name) walked away from the desk, grabbing some letters. She took a great look at them before throwing them by the fireplace. 'Well, if I am to go to the Hidden Leaf Village, I should as well depart tonight. I'll contact Lord Third that I'll be on my way, I think. Ugh, it's so annoying.' She thought. Ignoring Emma's words, the young girl made her way out of the room, but she faced Ray's cold look straight away.
"Where do you think you're going?" Ray asked, grabbing me by the arm. Emma ran to us, with a desperate look in her face. "Ray, she's planning to leave again! Please put some sense into her head!" Emma cried. Even though I hold them dear, why do they have to be so annoying sometimes? "...You gave us your word that you wouldn't go anywhere without telling us." Ray spoke with a blank expression. (Name) sighed, annoyed. "Well, I'm telling you now. I'm going to Konohagakure to take care of something." She explained, avoiding eye contact. Ray sighed and let go of my arm.
"Should I remind you that the last time you went alone on a trip, you got back injured and with broken ribs?" Ray crossed his arms and looked at me bored. "Hn. I was inexperienced back then. Besides, I won't take long. It's not like I want to be there anyway, so stop complaining. I'll be back before you know it." Emma and Ray's expression slowy became unreadable, yet holding a sad glimmer. I sighed softly and tapped both their heads with my two index fingers. I smiled softly before speaking up. "It'll be okay. You stay here and help Norman to look after the younger ones. I'll bring souvenirs!" I said and then quickly left my room, ignoring Ray and Emma's calls.
