Hello, my lovelies! I'm kind of new on here so this is my very first time posting and I'm kind of excited about it!

I would just like to warn you guys that I wrote this a while ago and the writing style is kind of horrible 😅

So I would like to apologize in advance! I just really wanted to get this out there because I've been wanting to post this for a while lmao!

This is a lyrical one-shot based on the song by Anson Seabra called Welcome to Wonderland!

The art is not mine! Credit to the creator of the art and if any of you guys know who the artist is please let me know so I can credit them!

And now without further ado, I present to you my, horribly messy outdated-writing-style miraculous one-shot story!

Under a tree asleep lay a young girl, above her sitting on a branch was a young boy with cat ears watching her.

She woke up to see him grinning down at her she squeaked startled and bumped her head on the tree.

The boy chuckled and landed next to her, he stood up and bowed and introduced himself by the name of Cheshire.

Cheshire smiled down at the girl "Well princess," he said taking the girl's hand and helping her up.

"Welcome to Wonderland, we've got potions and pastries that make you grow tall. Forests and cottages, castles, and that can talk."

The boy danced around making the girl laugh.

"Welcome to Wonderland, look where you're at," The boy sang as he led the girl to a patch of talking flowers.

"We've got, maddest of hatters, the Cheshire cat." The flowers sang, causing Cheshire to grin.

"Magical cabins and lovely white rabbits with clocks." Cheshire and the flowers sang.

"Dancing through a dream underneath the stars." The girl sang as they left the flower patch, laughing 'til the morning came.

"Everyone that leaves the world has a heavy heart" Cheshire sang "O, Wonderland I love" he smiled and turned to the girl

"Welcome to Wonderland, I'll be your guide. Holding your hand under sapphire skies. Let's go exploring or we could just go for a walk" the girl laughed as the mischievous cat led her by the hand, down a path in the woods.

"Welcome to Wonderland, where should we go?

There's a tea party along down the road, make an appearance and maybe they'll sing us a song."

The girl smiled as Cheshire sang.

"Dancing through a dream underneath the stars."
The girl sang as they left the tea party "Laughing 'til the morning comes."

Cheshire grinned and sang with her,

"Everyone that leaves the world has a heavy heart. O, Wonderland I love."

They came to a patch of  roses,

"Nothing around here is quite as it seems" Cheshire sang as he pointed out five playing cards painting white roses red, causing the girl to laugh.

"Not sure if anything's real or a dream" the girl sang frowning,
"The only thing sure from the start, is the song that's inside your heart. Don't let it leave!" Cheshire sang causing the girl's smile to return.

"If this is a dream, then at least I've got memories for when morning comes."

The girl sang as Cheshire brought her back to the tree, he frowned "Princess?" He asked, "Would you like to stay here forever?" He asked laying down next to her underneath the tree.

"Of course!" She said, "But that's not possible as this is just a dream." She said sighing

Cheshire grinned, "Well... if you wish to stay.." he said

"All you have to do is eat one of the leaves from this tree and say 'I wish to stay in Wonderland' " he says looking up at the stars through the gaps in the leaves above them.

The girl looked up at the leaves and at the cat boy who lay next to her in the grass, she then made up her mind, stood up and grabbed a leaf from the tree and ate it, and whispered "I wish to stay in Wonderland."

Cheshire grinned as she was picked up from the ground and bathed in warm light and laid gently back on the ground now wearing a red dress with a black apron.

She woke up with a boy in cat ears watching her as she slept, it was now early morning the stars having faded away long ago and the first rays of sunshine were just peeking over the treetops of the forest surrounding the clearing.

The girl smiled and sang "Now that I must leave the world with a heavy heart. O, Wonderland I love."

Cheshire grinned at her, helping her up from the ground and they headed off down a path in the forest disappearing out of sight.

'Beep, beep, beep,beeeeeeeeeeep........'

The sound of a heart monitor stopping and a young girl's mother crying could be heard in a quiet hall of a hospital early in the morning as the sun peeked over the buildings, and if you looked the window, there in a tree just outside of the young girl's room could be found a black cat, watching the young girl as she drifted into an everlasting sleep.
