Keep me warm

It's the coldest hotel they've stayed in so far. Elle Greenaway shivers in her fluffy pjs as she walks around the hotel.

"God, it's freezing." Elle mutters to herself.

"Speaking to yourself, Elle?" Someone says with a smile in their voice. Elle looks up into the brown eyes of Spencer Reid, the BAU's youngest agent and resident genius. He too is in fluffy pjs.

"Too cold to sleep too?" Spencer asks her. Elle nods and shivers.

"It's like the damn Arctic, all we need is miles of snow and cute penguins!" Elle grumbles, Spencer chuckles at his coworker.

"You wanna lay together? They say other people's body heat will warm up a person." The tired genius says sleepily. Elle doesn't even think about it before nodding her head, she doesn't need to think about it because it's freezing and she's cold and she just wants someone to hold her and keep her warm tonight and if Spencer's offering them she's going to take him up on it.

Spencer closes the door to his hotel room and watches as Elle strips out of her robe, placing it on the nearby chair and taking off her fluffy Ugg boots and placing them beside the chair before slipping into the double bed, looking at him where he's leaning against the door frame with a smile on his face.

"I know this is inappropriate but has anyone ever told you that you're really pretty in the dark?" He asks as he walks over the bed and gets in.

"It's not inappropriate," Elle says, looking at him with a smile on her face. "and no, they haven't, so thank you for saying that." She says.

He smiles when she moves closer to him, her head on his chest, his arms automatically going around her body to keep her warm as well as protected as she sleeps.

Both agents are almost asleep when Spencer hears Elle's quiet voice.

"Thank you for doing this." She whispers. Spencer kisses her forehead.

"Always." He whispers as the scent of her shampoo fills his nostrils, sending him into slumber with the beautiful agent in his arms.

It turns into the warmest nights for the both of them.
