Knock. Knock. Knock. Will waits patiently at the Hades cabin door. He just got off the morning shift in the infirmary and felt the strange urge to see the grumpy son of Hades. A few seconds later and the door opens revealing Nico. Will's grin gets wider as he takes in Di Angelo's appearance. He looks like he had just been raised from the grave. His scruffy black hair is sticking up in every direction. He has on a two sizes too big black skull t-shirt and grey boxers with little red hearts. Will doesn't know whither to laugh or blush at the sight of his boxers. He decides to focus back on Nico's face. Nico looks at him him with dark, annoyed, and sleepy eyes.
"What do you want Solace?" Nico grumbles. Will walks pass him into the dark cabin. There aren't many beds in it and only one is unmade, Will assumes that one is Nico's.
"Someones a bottle of sunshine this morning." Will says ignoring the question. Nico sighs shutting the door, knowing the son of Apollo would not be leaving anytime soon.
"The only bottle of sunshine is you." He grumbles. Will smiles and sits on Nico's bed. Nico yawns.
"Did I wake you?" Will asks.
"No, I've been up all morning playing video games." Nico replies sarcastically.
"Ha ha ha, very funny. Come here." Will orders. Nico stares at him then concedes and walks over to Will sitting on his lap. Will wraps his arms around him easily. "Wow, your freezing." Will comments taking Nico's small cold hands. Nico snuggles into Wills warm chest. Will holds Nico's hands in both of his and brings them to his lips giving them a gentle kiss. Nico turns around on Will's lap, freeing his hands, and wraps his hands around Will's waist snuggling into Will again. Will smiles down at him gently rubbing circles on his back. Nico listens to Will's soothing heart beat Thump. . .Thump. . .Thump. . . The rhythmic beat gently lulls him to sleep. Will picks up Nico bridle style waking Nico up a little. Nico wraps his arms around Will's neck instinctively. Will pulls the covers out of the way and lays Nico down. He lays down next to him, seeing as Nico wont let go. Will pulls the covers up and wraps his arms around Nico. Nico does the same and snuggles into him. Will kisses the top of his head lovingly.
"I love you." Will whispers to Nico. Nico is quiet at first and Will thinks he fell asleep, but then Nico mumbles into his chest,
"I love you too." Nico peeks up and will gives him a gentle kiss. Nico blushes and buries his face into Will's chest. Will chuckles lightly and hugs Nico gently. Soon Nico is lulled back to sleep by Will's heartbeat, wrapped in a warm cocoon of love. Thump. . .Thump. . .Thump. . .
