I woke up screaming and crying softly.
"Shhhhh." Jeff said pulling me closer to him as he held my hand.
"It was just a nightmare." he said to me. I could tell by his tone that he was startled.
"I'm sorry." I said sitting up and looking around at the darkness. I could feel the chill run through my spine and back up into my arms.
"It's not your fault." he said putting his arm around my waist as he went back to bed.
I waited until I could hear his soft snoring and I carefully pushed his arm off of me. I ran as fast as I could. To save the others.
