It was a warm day and it was also pretty outside on the Inanimate Insanity contestant grounds. 11 of the season two contestants were walking around, socializing, and who knows what other stuff they would usually do. It is currently the second season.

Six contestants have been eliminated so far and have been taken to a whirly red and yellow portal. Which they recently found out leads to a locked closet in Hotel OJ. Mephone4, the host, got sued by OJ, season one's winner, and was taken to jail. OJ took over the show for today's episode in Mephone4's place. Even though he was a pretty bad host. A green Test Tube sighed and laid down on a tree nearby. She liked the shade it provided. Plus, it helped her with her headache. Test Tube was known as 'the nerd', she is a proud, prospective, and self-proclaimed scientist, Test Tube devotes her life to the education of science. Test Tube had a long day, first Mephone went to jail, then everyone had to go to court and serve as jury, and then Fan's egg- or- the egg, almost broke thanks to Paintbrush's anger issues. The challenge to clean OJ's hotel was over and her head hurt a lot. The challenge wasn't even a challenge anyway. OJ admitted he just wanted help with the hotel. All he did in the end was flip a coin and then her team, The Bright Lights, won. Test Tube had no doubt he was probably lazy. Despite her not even doing anything, she was tired of doing the same old thing everyday. Wake up, go to the elimination, do the challenge, experiment on the egg, and sleep. She wanted to do something fun again. Like how she experimented on Yin-Yang in episode three. Surely, it wasn't fun to the others, but it was fun to her. She had something to do, something to keep her happy and active and in her lab.

Test Tube missed doing experiments and running tests on stuff she wanted to learn. Before she randomly woke up on a plane one day with all the others, and before this competition even started. The only downside was that people always made fun of her for being smart and nerdy. She was also a huge science fan and she still is! That's mostly why she doesn't have many friends. She didn't mind of course, she actually likes being alone every once and a while. That was until she met Fan of course. Then she learned to grow closer to people. Like Paintbrush and Lightbulb. Test Tube's head still hurt and she couldn't think straight. Which is probably why she didn't think of it right away. She closed her eyes, thinking. In fact she almost fell asleep. Hmm, maybe... "That's it!" Test Tube blurted as she jumped up. She wanted to do another experiment. And this time, it was going to be worth it.

After some thinking, she decided to experiment on one of the contestants. Of course she wouldn't hurt them, but she thought it would be interesting. It would definitely be better than 626. Test Tube walked over to the soda machine that was randomly placed in Perilous Forest one day, and pressed all the buttons multiple times. It was the code to getting into her 'secret lab'. She was surprised how Yin-Yang figured it out the other week. After a while, an opening appeared with a suction tube that led her inside. Her lab had a main room with four walls and an opening into another room. Once she was there, she grabbed a clipboard from her desk and began writing names down. "This experiment will be my greatest one yet!" Test Tube smiled.

She headed outside to where all the other contestants were. She wasn't surprised to find only Paintbrush, Lightbulb, and Fan to be sitting down in the shade, talking amongst themselves. Test Tube walked over to hear their conversation. "I still can't believe you were crying over your egg, when we had a challenge to do!" Paintbrush scoffed. "But we won didn't we?" Fan smiled. Paintbrush rolled their eyes and noticed Lightbulb has been quiet for a while. "You okay?" Lightbulb looked up. "Yep! I'm brighter than the ocean if you know what I mean!" She cheered. Paintbrush never understood what she was trying to say when she said stuff like that, but they didn't mind. "Wait. Where's Baxter?" Fan asked. Lightbulb finally noticed and looked all around her but found nothing. Paintbrush and Fan couldn't stop laughing at the fact Baxter was in her hands. It took her a while to realize. "Oh! There you are!" She giggled. The other two joined her. Test Tube suddenly found her clipboard useless. It was clear who the next experiment would be.

Lightbulb. She was known as the bright leader. She is an enthusiastic, kind of lazy, free-spirited and optimistic kind of person. She is greatly known for her goofy and ludicrous attitude, and she is always super positive. Test Tube didn't know much of her backstory but it didn't really matter right now. Test Tube thought to herself, what if... she wasn't so positive? What if Lightbulb was a mean type of person, conceited and cocky? It was going to be a difficult task, but Test Tube insisted. She just needed an excuse to get Lightbulb in her lab without suspecting anything. It took a while for the three to finish their conversation, then Paintbrush and Fan finally left to go do stuff she couldn't care less about. Then Test Tube walked over to her. "Hey Lightbulb, you think you could help me with something in the lab?" Lightbulb raised an eyebrow. "Are you sure? What about-" "It's fine, I promise! Plus, it's not that hard of a job." Test Tube assumed she was thinking if it was even safe to have herself in there. Lightbulb thought for a bit. "Okay!" Test Tube walked Lightbulb over to the soda machine. Test Tube hoped the setting didn't look too suspicious to her. She pressed the buttons as usual as Lightbulb just stood behind her humming. The tune sounded familiar... like something Test Tube has listened to before. She just shrugged it off since all she never really listened to music. She just assumed that Lightbulb made it up. Test Tube was about to go down the suction tube when she noticed Lightbulb stepping back. "What's wrong?" she asked. "Is that... safe?" Test Tube chuckled and held out a hand for her. When Lightbulb finally took it, the two went down into the lab.
