Hope: Chapter 14

Anastasia's P.O.V

We rushed through the woods to get to the pack doctor. Andrew went to tell our parents what happened. I know she'll be fine. She's strong. I can't lose her. Chase is my best friend. I'm so in love with her, even though we haven't known each other for long. She is the best thing that has ever happened to me.

Once we get there we rush inside.
The pack doctor Julie and the receptionist Kat look at us alarmed.

"Oh my god what happened?" Julie asks worried when she makes it over to us.
"She's bleeding a lot please save her." I cry. That's all I could say and that had to be said. Julie told Jonas to bring her to the operating room.

"Kat I need you to help me prep her for surgery, we must work quickly." Julie tells Kat.
"You two need to wait outside." She tells us. Jonas nods and grabs my hand to pull me out of the room. A single tear leaves my eye as I'm pulled out of the room. I catch a glimpse of Chase's bloodily figure before the door is closed.

6 hours later and still nothing. I'm going insane.

"She'll be ok, she's the strongest person I know." Jonas tells me.
I slightly smile and lay my head on his shoulder. A few moments later Julie comes out looking so tried. I jump out of my seat. "Is she okay?" I ask.

Julie smiles "she should be fine whenever she ready to wake up."

I smile so big it hurts and run into the room. Jonas stays in the waiting room to give me time alone. I pull a chair beside Chase's bed. I sit down and grab her hand. "Everything's gonna be okay Chase." I say to her as if she could hear me. I lay my head down on her bed and fall asleep.

Chase's P.O.V

Why is it so dark? Where am I?
"Hello, Ana? Jonas?" I yell into the darkness.

"Chase!" Someone yells back.

"Hello! Who's there?!" I yell back.

"It's me." My brother comes out of the darkness and into the small light.

"Oh my god." I whisper and run into his arms. He holds me while I cry.

"I miss you so much." I sob.

"I miss you too." He said. He raises my head up and holds my shoulders.

"Now Chase you have to go back to Mom, dad, and Jonas, but most importantly you need to go back to Ana she won't live without you." He said.

"I know." I sigh and look at the ground.

"And I know you want me to go to, but I can't. I made very bad  decisions and I payed for it. He said.

"I just hate it that your gone." I said.

"Yeah, me too, but I'm glad you got rid of all those side hoes." You sure know how to pick'em. He said with a sarcastic smile.

I giggle and hug him agin.
"I love you" I tell him.
"I love you more." He said.

All of a sudden I see bright light and white walls. I squint my eyes and groan. "Oh my god Chase!" Ana yells.

"Where the hell am I?" I ask.

Ana giggles "Your at the pack doctors." You had to get surgery."

"Damn." I said.

"Your parents are waiting outside with Jonas and Andrew."

I smile a little. Ana gets a glass of water and hands it to me.
"I thought I was gonna lose you." Ana whimpers.
"Shh baby come here." I said. She crawls into the small bed with me and cuddles up to me.

"It's okay, everything's gonna be okay." I said as I play with her hair.
