Sometimes I wonder
What would it be like to follow the path that is wide and easy? The path I walk is neither
And with each mile another friend detoursWill I make it?
So many that I love have fallen
How can I keep going?I am tired
I am so tired and I have little hope
But it is not my hope
Or my strength
That pushes me forwardIt is the One I am going towards
And walking with
So I continueAnd I hope one day
They will circle back
And join us again—
