Chapter Seven

Chapter Seven: The Secret

"Alright Jumba! It's time that you done some explaining."

Pleakley demanded from Jumba as everyone surrounds him at the kitchen table with loads of unanswered questions during his attempts to what it seems he was erasing all information on Experiment 630.

"Okay... I'll tell you who Experiment 630 is." Jumba decides to face defeat of hiding secrets from them and leads them to his ship; and within one of the walls, he retrieves something while everyone tries getting comfortable while at the same time, they were unable to because of the answers the group is desiring.

"Experiment 630... she was once an earthling girl."

This makes them lost for words, Lilo's in utter surprise but she could still speak. "What do you mean?" Jumba informs Lilo; "She was an Earth girl, just like you." Lilo's shocked while Gantu reacts. "This is crazy. I never thought you would be mad enough to take..." However, the genius scientist interrupts Gantu. "That's not what had happened. I was completing one of my experiments while enjoying Experiment 625's sandwiches until unexpectedly, I get a customer. At least, that's what I thought at first..." 

Going back years ago; back when Jumba Jookiba first met Ali as an Earthling girl at Jumba's scientific lab...

"As always Experiment 625, you make amazing sandwiches. Excellent work!" Jumba compliments on Experiment 625, later on name Reuben's sandwiches while enjoying the tastiness of ham until there was a knock at the door. "Ooh. How wonderful! We got a customer." He reacts cheerfully until he looks up at his customer, who stands at the door; he's surprised and confused. "Wait. You're no alien; you're an earthling." The earthling at the door replies, "Are you Jumba Jookiba? Evil Genius Scientist of this universe?" Jumba is really confused by this, however he appreciates the way she had described him as genius of the universe. Still curious by her wondering this, Jumba answers the earthling. "Why yes. I am Jumba, evil genius scientist of the galaxy actually. What do you desire from a scientist such as me who's enjoying a sandwich?"  

"Jumba. Make me one of your experiments."

This immediately creates confusion again towards him; however, she continues her explanation for such a request for him to perform.

"I'm looking for a cure; and I have come to you as my only hope left. Please make me one of your experiments."

Returning back to the present; where Jumba Jookiba has finished the story of how Ali actually came to him in search for a cure for an illness. Unfortunately, they're still not really convinced until someone joins in and takes Jumba's side. "It's true. Ali was searching for a cure to her illness. All options given by her own kind weren't helpful so she decided to rely on Jumba in hopes he will treat her completely." It was Reuben, but where was Alexandria? Gantu questions his partner about her whereabouts but that's what increases Reuben's guilt and pain even further. "That's why I'm here."

Lilo walks up to him, seeing that he's hurt; emotionally. "Reuben? What's happened?" Stitch too notices his cousin's hurt feelings, no matter how hard he tries to hide them. "She's gone." All their expressions jumped with Lilo reacting. "Gone?! What do you mean?! Reuben turns to look at Jumba, hesitating at first but alerts him. "The illness has returned Jumba. Ali ran away..."

"Oh no..." Jumba rushes to his computer with its large screen then gasps. "It's true! Experiment 630 is suffering from her illness again. She has less than 48 hours left, until the ultimate episode attacks her. Once it happens, she'll die."

Pleakley gasps in fear. "Episode? What are you saying?! What kind of illness are we dealing with? What does she have Jumba?! In a panic state, they all become worried for Ali. Jumba and especially Reuben are just as worried as everyone else; much more to be precise of what the situation is really starting to turn out to be. "Epilepsy..."
