At Canteen

A beautiful girl was sitting near the window chatting with other girls.

She was wearing an expensive diamond bracelet and delicate makeup. At a glance, anyone could tell she's from a very rich family.

One of those girls said, " Did you guys check on the student forum? Did you see the new transfer student? Someone posted a picture of him".

Another girl replied dreamily, " yes! I saw it. The new student is soo handsome ". Everyone laughed.

" Yes I also heard he's from a rich family ", the girl with chubby cheeks named Yuri said.

" Sister Yun Xi, would you like to meet him? I think he's your type. ", a girl said.

" Nonsense, don't you know Xixi likes Young master Jeon, soon she will become his fiancee. Why would she meet another boy", Yuri scolded that girl.

Yun Xi smiled gently, " Don't talk about Kim Taehyung anymore, he's not worth my attention. I just want to focus on my to-be fiancee".

" Yes! Sister Xi is amazing. Kim Taehyung will be pursuing her soon just like others ", a girl said with a hint of jealousy in her voice.

At the same time, a commotion could be heard from the entrance of the canteen.

Suddenly the cafeteria got lively, everyone was whispering about someone.

Yun Xi could hear the name Kim Taehyung in every gossip. Her smile turned stiff. She clenched her fist.

She has always been the center of attention but now a mere transfer student snatched it within just a few hours.

Suddenly she smirked when she saw the school's famous playgirl approaching Taehyung. That girl likes to hook up with rich boys, then get money by blackmailing them.

On the other hand, Taehyung doesn't care about gossip about him. He focused on food.

The high school provided every student with a good lunch.

Today the menu was fried rice, kimchi stew, egg rolls, and meat dumpling, and a fruit mochi for dessert.

After taking a sit with jimin, Taehyung happily started eating.

But someone had to interupt him. He hates someone between him and his food.

A girl wearing a custom uniform seductively approached him. With three minions behind. Taehyung assumed it was a bully by her attitude.

" Hey, handsome boy! Wanna hang out? ", the girl proposed while trying to touch his face.

Taehyung avoided her long nails perfectly and uttered, "No".

The girl was taken aback, she don't expect to get rejected bluntly. She thought he was playing hard to get and again said, " How about you accompany me to the nightclub? ", she asked with a wink.

Taehyung raised his head, " I'm gay".

The girl's smile stiffened but she composed herself and ridiculed, " before coming here I wondered why are you so feminine, turned out you're gay. what a pretty girl!". The girl mocked calling Taehyung a pretty girl.

" Wish I could say the same for you but I don't lie", Taehyung said with a blank face causing everyone to burst into laughter.

The girl trembled in rage. Did this guy mean she's not a pretty girl? How dare he? She was too embarrassed to say anything and ran away with her minions.

Taehyung continued eating as if nothing happened.

After lunch, everything went normal. The classes ended at 5 pm. He went towards his family's car after bidding goodbye to Jimin.

Taehyung asked the driver to stop at an art supply store first. He got off the car and entered the store.

He wants to pursue his dream as an artist. And today morning he noticed his room don't have any art paper or paint, so he planned to buy them on his way back home from school.

Different types of art papers, watercolors, paintbrush sets, and a wooden palette were bought including different pencils. Taehyung paid with the card he got in the morning and left.

While passing by the alley beside the store he suddenly noticed a little box moving.

Being the curious cat he is, he went to take a closer look but don't expect to find a little puppy there. The puppy looks pitiful, shivering from the cold.

Taehyung quickly handed his art supplies to the driver and picked up the little fluff ball with black and brown fur.

The puppy was scared, it tried to wiggle out of his hand. But Taehyung patted its head, petting his fur he asked the driver to head towards the nearest vet.

The doctor from the pet clinic check the little puppy and it turned out it was weak & starving, the nurses quickly feed him. Then the cleaners washed him and gave him a nice trim which made the fluff ball look more adorable.

Within this time Taehyung already named him yeontan and bought toys and treats from the nearest shop, he asked one of his bodyguards to arrange suitable dog food for Tan and send it home.
