How would I describe Nox?

Well for one, she's very caring, loves to talk to people, and self motivated.

She's the type of friend that would encourage anything, even if its really stupid, but shes a fun person to be around.

I still remember the first time I met nox. It was the first week of 6th grade, Language arts. The teacher made us choose partners to talk to and learn about each other.

I saw everyone else stand up and pick partners while I sat there watching. I didint even know anyone, the others probably dont know anyone either but at least they try to make an effort in talking to new people.

I just didint really see a point in it.

As people found their partners I noticed something in the corner of my eye.

A girl with long brown hair and pigtails walked up to me.

I observed as she happily smiled at me.

" hello! My name is Nox, what's your name?" she asked as she put out her hand for me to shake.

I blankly looked at her for a second, before hesitantly shaking her hand.

"Zero," I said, looking away, not making eye contact.

"Like the number Zero? That's interesting" she said, pulling away her hand and crossing her arms.

I stayed quiet.

"Well I was hoping maybe you wanted to be partners?"

I look up at her.

"Wouldnt you want to partner up with someone else?" I said sofly.

"Well I was looking around and I saw you and thought you looked like an interesting person to talk to," she smiled.

" I'm not a very interesting person to say the least" I looked down.

She tilted her head a bit as she stared at me for a moment.

"I guess we will figure that out later" she said as she sat down next to me.

I looked over at her and she wore a small smile as she looked around the room.

The teacher finally started the lesson and all we did that day was ask questions about each other.

"So Zero, what's your favorite food?" Nox asked me.

I thought about it for a moment.

"Well, i dont really have one" i said with a blank face.

"WHAAAAAT" she looked at me with a face as if i was being serious or not.

I stared at her confused as she just stared at me with a ' are you fr in?" face.

"Are you sure?" she said.

"I mean i dont know, i havent really been asked that" i said.

She sat up straight as she let out a small cough.

"Well what are some foods that taste good to you?"

I thought about it.

"Well sushi is really good and also chicken nuggets"

"Which one tastes better to you?" she questioned.

"Sushi," I replied.

"Then that could be your favorite food!" she exclaimed happily.
