When Byakuya got home his father called for him. "Byakuya, did you decide what classes you will take?" At first, Byakuya was confused but then remembered; oh yeah, that's right. In Hopes Peak, the first day is a free lance day. Why did I go to all those basic classes? "Well, I know you are putting me through financing. So I will be taking Economics, and I'll probably be taking debate. Other then that, I'm not really interested in anything else." Byakuya shrugged. His father nodded. "That's all well and good, I'm just content you are doing economics." Whatever. Byakuya walked to his room and flopped down on his bed, then he got a notification on his phone. When he took out his phone, he saw it was from Makoto to a group chat Kyoko made for the six of them
Hey guys, I walked past Mondo today, as I was leaving the school. He was talking to a group about robbing a store.
Byakuya read the text and responded with how idiotic Mondo talked about robbing A store in school. Then, Byakuya shot his head to his bag, as he thought he saw it shake. He stared at it a bit longer until it shook once again. Byakuya stood up and walked to his bag slowly. He got on his knee and opened the bag slowly. Suddenly, a familiar being jumped out and landed on Byakuya's floor. Byakuya jumped back and backed up from the black and white bear. "Heya Byakuya! How have you been?" Said the all too familiar Monokuma. Byakuya stalked to the bear, picked him up by his head, and threw him to a wall out of anger. "Junko! What the hell do you want with me!? I escaped your game, we all did!" Byakuya sneered. Monokuma got up and dusted himself off. "Wait! Wait! Waitwaitwaitwaitwaitwait!" Monokuma retorted. "I'm not that crazy lady that was controlling me! I come in peace! I can give you answers." Byakuya glares at the bear. "Talk. Now." Monokuma laughed. "Well! That whole killing game was some weird illusion! It was created by Junko. She trapped the class of 78. All that because she wanted and still wants to cause The Tragedy." Byakuya stared at Monokuma. Byakuya looked away and huffed. It's crazy.. but is there any other explanation? "Now then, have you interacted with any of the kids that died?" Byakuya nodded. "Yeah I.. bumped into Chihiro. And Makoto saw Mondo." Byakuya said. The monochrome bear nodded. "Now then, did you say anything that ONLY you would know because of the killing game?." Byakuya thought of his reaction with the boy.. then realized, "I called Chihiro a boy." Monokuma facepalmed. "DO NOT do it again! We need to recall their memories first!" Monokuma said angrily. Byakuya looked at the bear with suspicion. "Why are you telling me all this?" Byakuya asked. "I wanna get rid of that Junko girl! She controlled my ass for a year!" Byakuya nodded "Alright.. fine give me a second." Byakuya grabbed his phone and texted the group. He asked everyone to meet him at Hope Base, a park near the school. Byakuya glanced at Monokuma. "We're going to meet up with the others." He sighed. Monokuma laughed. "Cool! I'll hide in you're bag!" And just like that, Monokuma jumped into Byakuya's bag. "Ugh whatever." Byakuya grabbed his bag and was about to head out of the front door when his mother called for him. "Byakuya! Where are you going?" She asked. "I'm meeting with some.. uh.. friends." Friends? She'll never believe that. I don't even fully believe that. His mother tilted her head. "Hm?" Byakuya sighed. "I need to go, I'll be back for dinner." Byakuya walked out of the house and made his way to Hopes Base.
