The two ways of jealousy

Way one- Wednesday Addams

Wednesday had walked into the weathervane that morning, hoping to scout out her beautiful boyfriend, so she could force him to come solve a case with her - again - however, when she entered tw young man was nowhere to be seen, that confused her, she'd made a timetable of everyday and time he was on shift, and when he tended to take breaks on each shift, and he was supposed to be at work today, and didn't usually take his break at this time.

She walked up to the counted, her usual blank stare replaced with one of confusion, she waited until the man behind the counter had done with his customer, and then asked "uh, where is Tyler Galpin?" She stood there awkwardly, her boyfriend was probably at home sick or maybe he'd taken the day off to connect with his father, she just hoped he was okay - hope now that was a foreign concept to her, she'd just have to get used to it while she was dating Tyler - The man behind the counter looked at her, "he's out back with Melanie, she's probably flirting with him." The man rolled his eyes before going back to his job.

Flirting? Someone was flirting with HER Tyler, how dare this 'Melanie' girl, how absolutely dare she.

Wednesday pushed the back door open, and was met with quite the site, her - clearly oblivious - boyfriend, was smiling at a girl in front of him, as they chatted away about things that seemed meaningless to her, and the girl, well she was TOUCHING Tyler's biceps, his arms, and looking at him so lovingly that it made Wednesday feel sick, surely her own boyfriend wasn't off fraternising with some other girl, some other girl who was so much less prettier than her just to add.

Wednesday could feel the anger boiling in her stomach, however her face stayed blank, Tyler looked up, caught by surprise to see Wednesday stood in the back room , the one that was meant for staff only , he jumped up, clearly not giving a damn about the girl, that made a joyous feeling course through Wednesday's veins, and stood in front of Wednesday, a wide grin on his face,

"sorry I wasn't out front Melanie needed my help!" God was this boy oblivious, "oh? Well could you come out and sit with me ty?" She asked, sweetness dripping from her voice, she just wanted to get a reaction out of the stupid bitch who was trying to steal HER boyfriend, and that she did, the girl leapt up, "but I still need your help TyTy" she smiled, however there was no joy behind her smile, it was more filled with rage towards Wednesday.

"Sorry Melanie, my girlfriend's probably been waiting for me for a while!" He pecked Wednesday's cheek, taking no notice to the absolutely flabbergasted expression on the other girls face, Wednesday simply grinned, placing her hand in Tyler's and walking out of the room with him.

As soon as they sat down in the stall, he looked at her in utter admiration, "so what was that about huh?" He grinned at her, she knew he'd ask her about the whole fiasco, but surprisingly she was too embarrassed to explain herself, she just sat there bright red, and a swirling feeling in her gut.

Tyler instantly smirked, "you weren't jealous where you?" He leaned in closer to her, and instead of the response he'd expected, a light slap or a defence of disagreement, she pulled his face closer to her own and kissed him.

"You Tyler Galpin are mine, and nobody else's." She frowned, and he just gained a giddy expression on his face.

"That's something I can settle with"

Way 2 - Tyler Galpin

Tyler had come to visit Wednesday at nevermore, shocking I know right?, they hadn't spoken for a few days, both of them being rather busy with either school or constant shifts coming up at the coffee shop.

Tyler was to be completely honest, exhausted, he'd spent his whole week taking up 3am-9pm shifts just to be helpful, and all he wanted to do was grab Wednesday and pull her into a tight hug, fall asleep next to her, inhale her sweet scent, he just wanted her.

As soon as he entered the school, he instantly felt a pit in his stomach, that of course wasn't good, he was extremely confused as to why.

The young man simply continued up the stairs, until he finally arrived at his girlfriend's dorm, he knocked on the door lightly, and it swung open,

"Oh Wednesday your ba-" Wednesday's rather chipper roommate answered the door, and that left Tyler confused, "Oh you're not Wednesday..uhm hi Tyler" she smiled sheepishly and Tyler instantly felt suspicious, "where's Wednesday?" He asked, as fiercely as he could through pure exhaustion.

Enid shrunk into herself, slightly timid, "uhm, she's just out somewhere?" Tyler got even more confused, Wednesday never went out unless it was with him or for a school project, and by the way Enid was shrinking into herself she clearly had news he wouldn't like.

"Just spit it out Enid." He frowned, feeling slightly irritated, he just really wanted to sleep, so where the fuck was his girlfriend?

Enid stood up, less timid now, and gulped, "she"s with Xavier, their doing a school project together." She yelled out, worried at how Tyler may feel about this,

He frowned, his gut coiling with pure jealousy, "fine, I'll just wait for her to get back." He barged past Enid, laying down on Wednesday's bed, god where he covers soft, and warm, no he wouldn't fall asleep he had to be up to tell Wednesday to stay away from Thorpe.

It hadn't even been that long when he heard whispers,
"Why is he here?" He couldn't quite tell who the voices belonged To, he was too deep in the sleepy bliss to care, "he just knocked asking for you, he looked super tired, and when I told him about you and Xavier he looked well pissed and then just fell asleep on your bed!"

His eyes shot open, and he sat up, looking at the two girls before him, there stood his girlfriend and her best friend, they were having quite the heated argument about him? Did Wednesday really not want him there? Was she gonna cheat on him? Had she fallen in love with Xavier!?

Wednesday noticed the young man was awake, although he was clearly in a world of his own, he looked so tired and she felt horrible, he'd probably just came here to feel her comfort and finally get some sleep, however she couldn't control the fact that she had school, and who was he to get jealous over a silly boy like Xavier? She'd never be into him they were simply what some would class as friends.

Tyler pouted, "heard you were out with you're never boyfriend," he grumbled, his stomach swirling with jealousy like a whirlpool, "Tyler." She frowned at him, and sat down on the bed next to him.

"Me and Xavier are what some would call friends, and anyway he's not my type, because I love you." Tyler perked up slightly, Wednesday barley ever stated her love for him, so she was clearly stating the truth, he looked at her guiltily, "I'm sorry I just got jealous," she smiled at him, wow Wednesday Addams smiling?, and gave him a small kiss on the lips.

"You look like shit by the way, when was the last time you slept?" She stroked his hair from his face, and he frowned, "uh just now?" He shrugged, she rolled her eyes at him, and pulled him into a hug, he instantly pulled her down so they were lying together, and placed his head in the crook of her neck, a small purr escaping his lips.

Wednesday smiled at him and closed her eyes, falling asleep to the soft purrs of her boyfriend
