When she made it to the bottom of the steps no one was there..... Except Baekhyun. She sighed and watched the fidgeting male. "If you have something to say please say it." She said bluntly. "I'm sorry. And I still have contact with Taehyung if you wanna try talking to your dad." He said softly. Rain smiled softly and shook her head. "He's happy now. I know it." She said and went to find her baby and husband.
He was sitting on the couch with Donghyuck in his arms, talking with Missed and Sunhee. She went to him and sat down. Taeyong looked at her and smiled. "Suho and Kai went grab some baby clothes." Minseok spoke from couch across from her. She looked at him and smiled. She then looked to her sister in law.
"I'm sorry were haven't properly met yet, I'm Rain." She said with a wide smile. Sunhee stared silently for a moment and then spoke. "I think I chose the wrong sibling." She said bluntly, her cheeks bright pink.
Rain laughed and Minseok scoffed. "No you chose the right one, sweetheart. After all no one is sent to anyone by accident." The girl smiled and then winced.
Rain stood up and went to her. Her hands hovering over the girls belly. "May I?" Rain asked. Sunhee nodded.
The woman placed her hands on her belly. "Interesting. Your stomach is firmer then human pregnant women." She mumbled to herself. "How can we trust her?" Rain heard Sehun ask from the other room.
"She's Minseok's sister. He trusts her." Kyunsoo said. Rain swore she could hear him roll his eyes. "She's a member of the Voltori." Sehun sneered. "Ex member." Yuta snarled.
He had been silently sitting since he got here. "He shouldn't be here either." Sehun snapped. Rain rolled her eyes as she checked Sunhee over.
"Rain and I left when we met Carlisle." Yuta snapped. "You were still there for 400 years and she was there for 200!" Sehun snapped back.
As Minseok stood up Taeyong handed Donghyuck to his brother in law and walked out of the room. "Tae! Don't!" Jaehyun yelled. There was a crash and then a deep sigh. Rain sighed and stood up straight.
Then Kai and Suho came in the room with arms full of bags. "Um Rain. Your husband and Sehun are battling in the backyard." Suho said with a laugh. Rain's eyes widened and she ran to the backyard.
There they stood. Both in crouched positions and growling. The back of Sehun's shirt was ripped, where she assumed Taeyong grabbed him by. She sighed yet again and crosses her arms.
"Are you not gonna stop him?" Kyunsoo asked from beside her. She shook her head. "He's a newborn with a possible ability." She said while Yuta and Schieng joined her. "Besides, he won't kill him, only injure." She shrugged. "Sehun needs a vibe check anyways." Daehyun said while leaning on Chenyeol. His coven nodded in agreement.
While this conversation was happening Sehun had thrown Taeyong and the newborn came back pissed. Truly it wasn't that he was this angry at the elder vampire. It was just pent up aggression from trying to control his newborn emotions. First his honeymoon was cut short, then that stupid fucking driver, and now people were insulting his wife.
Taeyong grabbed him by his shirt and slammed him to the ground. Sehun tried to flip them however Taeyong was a newborn, thus he was stronger. The newborn grabbed him by the throat and began to push.
That us when Jaehyun, Yuta, Johnny, and Ten separated them. "Tae chill out bro." Jaehyun said as he pushed the younger vampire back. Johnny, on the other hand grabbed Sehun by the back of his neck. "Quite talking shit or it's not Tae you'll have to deal with it'll be Doyoung and Schieng." The elder hissed. "Doyoung has been itching for a fight and Schieng is pissed bout what you said about Yuta." He said and pointed at the two as he spoke.
Doyoung grinned at the vampire and gave a taunting wave. Meanwhile Schieng was staring him down with a murderous glint in his eyes. Sehun shivered at this and nodded in agreement.
Meanwhile Rain had her arms wrapped around the newborn and was humming while he calmed down. After a few minutes he sighed and melted into her embrace. She wasn't going to let go anytime soon so it's better to just give in.
Rain kissed the top of his head and continued to hum. While this was happening Kai was scolding Sehun. Minseok came out with the baby in his arms fear etched into his face.
