Rias was in her class writing on a piece of paper while she was listening to some girls talking.
Girl 1#: Hey, Hyoudou hasn't been around in a while, wonder where he went.
Girl 2#: Probably, off somewhere snooping with some girls, he never learns.
Girl 3#: No, I heard he's still dating the members of the ORC club.
Girl 1#: Wait, he's dating Kiba and Gasper?
Girl 3#: What? No, he's just dating the female members of the club. I wonder what they're going through.
Girl 2#: Oh, there's Rias did she hear us?
Rias didn't say a word, but continues writing.
Afternoon....
When school was over with, Rias walks with the female members of the ORC club to the abandoned school. As they were walking, they walked down some stairs to a room beneath the school, once Rias opens it, it reveal that the room was dark. So, she flips a switch and one light turns on above Issei who was in his school uniform and his arms were tied up with metal chains, while he was on his knees and his head was down. Rias walks in the room with a bag of food in her arms, then she sits in a chair that wasn't that far from Issei.
Rias: H-Hey, honey, I brought you dinner.
Issei didn't lift his head up or speak to Rias.
Rias: H-How was your day going? Everyone was started talking about you at school, asking where you were.
Issei:.....
Rias: Are you hungry?
Rias pulls out a place of chicken drumsticks and rice, Issei smells the food and lifts up his head revealing that his eyes were green.
Issei: *Growling*
Issei lifts up his head revealing that he has a mask on, covering his mouth and nose. Rias pulls the mask down and started feeding Issei the food, as she was feeding him Issei was biting the chicken and the bone of the drumstick with his sharp teeth.
Rias: Slow down, I don't want you to choke.
Issei was done and Rias puts the mask back on his face.
Rias: I'll be back later, just be good.
Rias walks out of the room Issei was in and closes the door.
Issei: *Growling*
He spits out a piece of bone from his mouth and it's drops out of his mask, a red tail appears behind him and he picks it up and tries to pick the lock, but the piece of bone breaks.
Issei: *Growling*
Later....
Rias was in her bedroom looking at photos of her and Issei.
Rias: Hmm.
Akeno opens her door.
Rias: What is it?
Akeno: Dinners ready.
As everyone was eating dinner, none of them were looking at each other or talking. When they were done Rias walks back downstairs where Issei was, she opens the door and saw that he was looking at her.
Rias: I know you're still mad at us, but this is the only way for you to stay.
Issei: *Breathing*
Rias: Please, don't give me that look. We promised to bathed, feed, and make sure you are alright.
Issei:......
