Tai Lung is left-handed.
It's sort of hard to tell in Kung Fu Panda since everybody fights and thus need to use both hands in order to be effective in combat, but whenever I watch this movie, I always get the impression Tai Lung is a leftie. Considering he tends to lean more to the right and pick things up with the right hand, probably not. But whenever he fights, he nine times out of ten uses the left hand as his main punch. So...
That's why I have this theory.
Hey, who knows. Maybe he's ambidextrous.
