Asta's Pov:

I gathered all the guys as fast as possible knowing that I don't know the scale of the capture it's best to have back up. We rushed to the place where the girls were hanging out to find a few magic knights from the Purple Orca surrounding a pool of blood with an attached note. They all looked scared but I decided to go and investigate. Turns out there was a note saying:

IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHERE ALL THE BLOOD CAME FROOM COME TO ****** AT THE BACK OF THE BLACK MAGIC MARKET DON'T BE LATE OR EVEN MORE POOLS WILL BE WAITIING FOR YOU.

Rebecca wrote this. I started running towards the the address given without even thinking just for a second. The rest of the guys followed behind me as fast as the could and in no time we were there. Come to think of it the ally was dark and shady it felt like an illegal place but I couldn't even think of all that I was too busy trying to break the door.

"ASTA!" Finral shouted.

"You need to relax I know you're worried about Noelle but we all have someone we deeply care about in there your not even thinking straight right now. I've been in this building on a mission once before you joined the squad I can get us in with a portal you just need to relax."

I calmed down and let Finral take it from there. He opened a portal and we all entered with our guard up. As soon as we entered we found Vanessa tied up to a wall bleeding from head to toe. She was chained on a black wall.

"Finral you're here please save the rest there upstairs been tortured before coming to be hanged to this wall just like me." Vanessa said.

"Why can't any of you use your magic to get out?" Magna asked as finral was helping Vanessa.

"We were drugged our magic is inactive for the rest of the day."

"Okay you guys no time to waste. Finral stay with Vanessa and help her out since she's weak the rest of us are going to save the rest but Finral don't go anywhere just stay outside with a portal ready for when we run out." I told them the plan before we went upstairs and then we rushed there.

We got upstairs pretty easily so it was very suspicious but whatever doesn't matter we were lucky for that. We opened the door of the only room slowly. Everyone was tied to chairs with guards surrounding them. "Asta don't come in you won't be able to leave as easily as you think." Secre warned me before I entered. But the warning was useless we were pushed by a strong power into the room. I could hear shouts and groans from the rest of the guys as their magic was slowly an painfully been sucked away. I tried to help by touching them with my sword but it didn't help. All their magic was sucked to the rest of the day just like Vanessa said but at lest their grimoires were still colourfull and bright meaning they weren't dead and their magic wasn't gone forever. Rebecca entered with a red cape around her as she was waving her hand around and her grimoire in her other hand. 

"You still think you can save her don't you. How oblivious. Oh and you even brought back up. Pathetic, all I wanted was you. You and I together and I gave you your time to train or whatever but at the end of the day you ended up choosing her. Noelle of all people. You're blinded by her beauty but open your eyes Asta choose me for a better life."

"I would never choose you. I love Noelle not just her beauty as much as she is hot but because she's beautiful on the inside even as a royal. You can't do anything to separate me from her."

"Is that so."
