Lucas didn't understand what the system told him... more like he didn't want to...

(Lucas pov)

It's alright as long he's here , I'll just try to make him remember all our memories..and stay by his side forever and protect him..I should check on them..system,check on them.

(Third pov)

The system continued checking on them while his host went to shower as he kept checking them he realised something..the host's husband has fallen deeply in love with the 'female lead' who the system guessed as another transmigrator who is now occupying the female lead's body so now the task for him and his host will be much difficult. Lucas was still inside as the system patiently waited outside.

(Inside the bathroom)

Lucas stood still not moving an inch as the lukewarm water kept falling on his head and his entire body..his tears falling down as well..

(Lucas pov)

How stupid I was? Ha..I still believed his promise I guess it's not really his fault afterall I'm just his past now and he's now a new person..but I still can't let him go..I'm selfish but I just can't let him be with someone else..

(Third pov)
After half an hour passed Lucas came out of the bathroom and went to the closet and chose a simple white t-shirt and a black loose pants as the system went back on checking the male lead and the female lead. Not even 5 seconds had passed that the system teleported right in front of Lucas and shouted that they're doing something and it's something a couple does to have babies, as the system kept speaking, it didn't notice it's host leaving..just then the system stopped and chased after it's host.

(System)
Host, I'm sorry I just checked on them and didn't know they were doing 'it' so I panicked and-

(Third pov)
Lucas interrupted the system before it could speak more and told the system it was alright and that he didn't care that much anymore..the system knew it's host was lying but he doesn't want to push his host too much so it kept quiet. As Lucas kept cooked some egg and make coffee his mind was somewhere else as he kept wondering if his husband really moved on..he then decided to make his husband remember everything and they'll finally be together, last life they couldn't get together but the gods has given him a new chance and now he can meet his husband everytime. He'll now be chasing after his love and make him remember about them....
