10 years ago:
"Alexandra!!" Was the first thing the 7 year old girl heard as she got inside.
She had been out in the woods for a little over an hour exploring the place.
But being the princess of Spain always meant staying safe inside.
Oh, and not to mention staying out of public, because no one could know that Leonor had a twin sister.
Alexandra was like the child who wasn't planned. Neither was she wanted.
A princess was supposed to be kind, pretty, and she should know how to behave properly. Alexandra was the complete opposite of that.
"Alexandra!!!" She heard once again. She quickly ran up the stairs to come face to face with her parents.
She didn't get to say anything before the king started to speak. "Alexandra, you are putting your identity in danger by sneaking out. And we can't risk people finding out about you."
The man looked over to his wife signaling that she should continue, which she did. "Go pack your stuff. You are going to live with a friend of mine."
The little girl couldn't believe that her parents could just send her away like that. Did they even love her?
She knew there would be no use in protesting, so she went to her room.
After packing all of her belongings, she knocked on the door of Leonor's room before entering.
Both girls had sad expressions on their faces as they looked in each other's eyes.
After a little silence Leonor decided to speak up. "Mom says it's for the best, she says that you're not princess material. But I'll miss you."
The two 7 year olds gave one last hug before Alexandra left the room. "You'll make a great queen one day." She told her sister.
When the door was closed, Leonor went over to her bed. She looked at the the picture standing on the nightstand. It was a picture taken of her and Alexandra almost a year ago.
They looked so happy.
"Leonor! It's dinner!" Her mother called.
The girl took one last look at the picture, before putting it down with the photo against the table, so she wouldn't be reminded of her sister.

3 years later:
"And it's Chris with the ball. He just needs to get past Alexandra before the goal is free- Oh! Alex takes the ball from Chris. She passes the ball past Samantha to Pablo. Pablo is running towards the goal with Samantha right behind. He passes to Alex who kicks the ball. Ohh!!! Alexandra scores!! Again!!! Pablo and Alexandra wins the match!!!!"
Alexandra and run towards Pablo who is standing with his arms wide open. She jumps in his arms and they hug while celebrating their victory.
On this small football field beside a playground were five friends having the time of their lives.
The two best friends Pablo and Alexandra were playing against Samantha and Chris while Juan was commentating due to his broken leg.
It wasn't anything new about Pablo and Alexandra winning, because they were clearly the best players and they refused to be on a team with someone else.
When the two were done with their celebration, Alexandra and Samantha walked to Samantha's house to spend the night there. Tomorrow was going to be a hard day.
Pablo had gotten a chance to play for Barcelona, so he was moving tomorrow. Even though the other four were gonna miss him, they knew it was a great chance for him seeing he was only 11 years old. Barcelona was going to make him the best football player he could ever be.
The next day they all met at Pablo's house to say goodbye. While their parents were saying their goodbyes, Chris was giving Pablo one last hug. Then it was Samantha, and then Juan, before it was Alexandra's turn. Both of them had tears in their eyes.
They took one step closer to each other before Alexandra slung her arms around Pablo's neck, and he wrapped his arms around her waist.
Still hugging, Alexandra whispered in the boy's ear. "I can't wait to see you on the TV-screen in some years playing professional."
A tear escaped Pablo's eye as he whispered back. "Wherever I go, I will never find a better teammate than you."
They broke the hug, and Pablo went over to the car. "Bye Alex."
"Bye Gavi."
Okay! The first official chapter of this book is published!
I would really appreciate it if you leave a comment telling me what you think.
I've seen other Gavi fanfics that gets updated almost every day, and oh my gosh. I have so much respect for those authors.
I still have three tests at school before christmas, so updating more often than Mondays and Fridays is something I see as impossible.
The test I have on Thursday is in Spanish, and I am absolutely freaked out by my teacher.
Wish me good luck!
