"Please Mikey, you can take Luke, I don't want to go by myself." Ashton begged through the phone.
"I told you Ash, I don't like parties, they, they scare me." He frowned. He wanted to help his friend but he hated partys and knew they never ended well.
"Mikey please." Ashton begged. "For me, after all I've done for you, please please please. I don't want to go alone that díck head, please."
Michael eventually gave in, smiling and quickly hanging up to call Luke, asking him if he would come.
"Hello? Luke?" Michael beamed.
"Hey babe, how's my little sunshine doing?" Michael blused, giggling into the phone, causing Luke to smile through the phone.
"A-Ashton wants to go to a party, but he doesn't want to go alone, can you come with me? It won't be a big party, and not alot of alcohol."
"Sure! Mikey I'd love to."
Michael beamed, smiling and saying goodbye to Luke. He called Ashton again, saying they would arrive at the beach house at 8, as seen at the party was at 9.
Ashton smiled, throwing his phone onto his bed. He should have cared about what he was wearing but he didn't really.
Calum was gone out for a walk and to find a near by basketball court, and the couple were out for breakfast, leaving Ashton alone. His phone suddenly beeped.
[From: Calum]
I found a basket ball court but there's no one here and I need someone to help me practice ;_;[To: Calum]
Go ask an old man sitting at a bench[From: Calum]
Ashton please :( I don't want you to help but I really need someone to D:[To: Calum]
Okay, fine. Tell me where the court is.Ashton sighed, but he knew his mom would be happy with him if he went. Calum texted Ashton the details and he left the house soon enough. He walked along the beach and made his way to the court, only to see Calum shooting hoops. Ashton walked up and took a seat on a bench at the side of the court. The whole park and court was completely empty. Calum noticed Ashton arriving and raised an eyebrow as he sat down.
"Sitting down already? Come on, get up!" Calum called, and as Ashton stood up, Calum threw the ball at him.
Ashton attempted to catch it, but failed as the ball hit off his hands and onto the ground. His face went red, and bent down to pick up the ball. He picked it up a chucked it over to Calum, but it went far too left.
"That's not how you throw a ball!" Calum laughed. "Have you never played basketball before?"
"Um, no." Ashton muttered as Calum chased the ball and picked it up, walking over to Ashton.
"Try shooting the ball into the basket, Ashton." He said, handing him to ball as he went to the bench to sit down for a drink. Ashton gulped, clutching the ball and decided how to throw it. He was standing quite far away from the net, to him, and decided to chuck it overhead. Again, he failed and went to chase after the ball.
As he turned around, he saw Calum throwing off his shirt and placing the water down. Ashton hated this guy, but couldn't help but stare at how toned he was. He was skinny and had clear abs on his chest and muscles on his arms.
"Here, you're doing it wrong. Point the ball at the net." Calum told, Ashton and he did so. Calum shook his head and walked right behind Ashton, snaking his arms under Ashtons and placing his hands over the smaller boys.
"Look, you put your hands like this, in a W shape. And bend your knees a little. And then bring the ball into your chest and push it off." He said.
Ashton did so, and didn't get a basket, but hit the ring of the net and that was good enough for him. He beamed, turning around to Calum before realising how close he was. He froze for a second and looked from his hair, which was down, to his eyes, to his lips.
"That was good! You can't help me practice until you can do it yourself right?" Calum said, running after the ball again. Ashton turned around, watching a shirtless Calum run after the ball and could not deny that Calum was definitely really hot. Too bad he hated him though. For a second Ashton tried to remember why exactly he hated him again, but then it hit him.
The ball did.
"Ow! Hood!" Ashton squealed, more like a girl than a man. Calum laughed, grabbing the ball as it bounced off Ashton and back to him.
"Sorry babe, I couldn't help it."
"It really hurt!" Ashton exclaimed, and went over to hit Calum, but stumbled on the way, falling onto Calum. Calum quickly grabbed him, stumbling back a little as Ashton clung on.
"Oh my God, you're so clumsy." Calum laughed, helping Ashton up.
"I hate you."
"I hate you too."

"I was thinking..." Ashton stated, sitting on the bed. It was nearly 7:30 so they should be getting ready for Michael and Luke to arrive.
"Shoot." Calum said. "Oh wait, you can't."
"Shut up!" Ashton said, but laughed aswell. Calum was a little nicer than he thought. But he still hated him.
"Are you getting ready for the party or not?" Calum said, changing into a tank top and skinny jeans. He was lucky he had the arms for it, Ashton thought.
"Okay, I am!"
"Well don't wear your damn jumpers to a party, wear something cool."
"Like what?"
"I don't know, not jumpers." Calum said. In truth, he really liked how cuddly Ashton looked with jumpers on, but he didn't want him embarrassing himself at the party. Or why did he care?
Soon there was a knock at the door, and Calum went down to greet Michael and Luke. He went back upstairs to get Ashton, who had changed by now.
Ashton was now wearing black skinny jeans and a shirt with a skull on it. His hair was put back in a bandana and he didn't have his glasses on. Calum froze, he didn't know what to think.
"Uh, Michael and Luke are downstairs, we should get going. You look hot. I mean! Like, it's roasting in here, we should turn off the heating..." Calum muttered, turning around and banging his head on the door. He cursed and left the room, leaving Ashton smiling at the doorway.
"You ready Calum?" Luke called. Calum headed down the stairs and into the car. He wasn't exactly in the mood for a party, but couldn't say no after what his dad said.
Maybe there would be some hot gu- girls there.
